Re: lapped cars during safety car

@Luca_Mancini2002 This is actually a good example of an omitted feature destroying not only your race, but the lapped AI drivers too. I think it's disgraceful this isn't in the game, it should be the penultimate lap of a SC period should have the lapped cars be told to overtake the SC and join the back of the queue (perhaps add a lapped flag to the instances of AI and player if applicable and this tells the game that on the penultimate lap of the SC period that they would then be allowed to overtake the SC and go join to the back of the queue effectively unlapping themselves)

Is this something that's possible @EA_rephii? Or is the engine not capable of such a thing?
