My career mode is glitched and says I finished 3,333rd after just one hole on the first round which i shot a birdie... after that it forced me to korn q school which I tried with another character to see if it did the same after switching back to my main character it allowed me to replay USGA for the same one hole same round which I birdie again and this time told me I finished 4,444th and didn't make the cut after which my game froze and crashed now if i start it back up and go to career with main character, it freezes every time and crashes... hope this gets fixed soon... or ever... and a career reset is something needed.

This was before the patches...FWIW
Just to clarify….are you saying you can start the career from scratch, and when you say your golfer is still intact….
do you mean all his stats etc are full?

@Neil_RS60Need a Solution for PC... Been 2-3 weeks and zero word from EA....
- @Hole19Hero See Comment # 41: RESOLVED for me - I was able to reset my Career settings on the PC, EA Platform: Go to Documents\PGA TOUR\settings\Folder#\Folder# Mine had four sub folders with an INDEX & DATA file in each folder. I first backed-up (copied) the entire Documents\PGA TOUR folder to a separate location. Then I deleted all 4 folders with the INDEX & DATA files in them. I restarted the EA application, then PGA Tour. It took me through the initial setup process but my Golfer, equipment settings and achievements were still intact EXCEPT for all Career data. This allowed me to reset my career choices and start from scratch. Hope this helps. Seems to have helped others...

Followed these instructions in your message and it worked perfectly!!!
cheers! 👍🏻
I am using the EA app with the 10 hour trial and I cannot get the career reset at all. I even went as far as deleting the entire PGA Tour folder under my documents folder and it still syncs everything back up, including the career. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or if this does not work on the trial mode?
- @buffalobill12 Didn't work for me, I use Win 11
Hi,
If I go into the saved data game setting on my ps5 for EA PGA 23, and press delete will that delete the whole file or just the game data and i retain my golfer at level 35?I decided to build my golfer before starting career mode and inadvertently skipped past amateur .I want to work through from the amateur starting point. Thanks for any help on this! D
PS I have a non-disk version pS5.
