F1 World: Issues when having "fuel efficiency" perk equipped

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Lower the amount of fuel to minimum at start of a race while having a fuel efficiency perk enabled. Proceed to drive a couple of laps, pass into a new sector, and then use flashback to rewind back into the last sector. Now observe the estimate laps/fuel left.
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to underfuel the car at the race strategy prompt, and fuel calculations become inaccurate
What do you expect to see? Being able to underfuel, and the fuel calculations being accurate after flashbacks.
This happened to me when starting the third event in the F1 World series "Spain Mastery".
As can be seen in the last image, I was only able to lower it to 17.6 laps of fuel when the race is 17 laps long.
I have one item with the fuel efficiency (+40) perk equipped.
When using the lowest possible fuel setting and using flashback mid-race, the available fuel might drop significantly, during this race I had around 0.5 laps of surplus, after a flashback, it dropped to -0.3 laps.
I had just entered sector 2 and rewinded back to sector 1, could be related?
Edit: Was able to replicate the fuel issue with sectors and flashbacks, observe the fuel estimate when driving across the finish line, and after the second flashback, and passing the DRS line at the start of the finish straight (see video below).
Either the game is no longer recognizing that the fuel efficiency perk (passive perk) is equipped after a flashback at all, or the fuel being calculated after flashbacks does not take the fuel efficiency perk into account.
Either way, the fuel seems to get reverted to whatever value that would be true if the fuel efficiency perk would not be equipped, in my case, negative as I loaded the car with the lowest possible amount at the start of the race.
