No Pitcoins
Hello everyone, Back in the 29th of April i bought through the EA store 11.000 pitcoins, and i'm yet to receive them. I've spoken to EA support throughout the ENTIRE month of April and May and at some point I spoke to someone who was better informed that told they could send it as a bug at least... Some other person made me stay with support for 2-3 hours as they told maybe reinstalling the game would fix it... it did not, and now i can't speak to ea support since it's been a month. So either fix this "bug" or close the SHOP since buying anything there doesn't work, some other user reported this issue back 7 months ago and i can safely say it's still a problem.

Having issues with F1 23 on PS4. Using a Fanatec wheel. In last 24 hours, car top speed is down 30-40 mph and DRS button not working. Have tested all buttons in settings and are working fine with full throttle input etc. Went from Career Mode to Breaking Point and same problem - still maxed out around 170. was working fine yesterday but today no. Have tried changing all career settings, rebooted console and nothing works. Any ideas ?
F1 23 Error Reading Data in Career Mode on a Specific Track
Hello EA Support Team, I am experiencing an issue in F1 23 Career Mode where I receive an Error Reading Data message that prevents me from progressing. The issue always occurs on the same specific track and at the same point. I can reach that point normally, but every time the error appears and stops my progress. I deleted my career and created a new one, but the exact same issue happens again at the same place. This makes me believe the problem is related to specific track or career data rather than a corrupted save file. I have verified the game files, restarted my PC, and run the game as administrator, but the issue still persists. I am currently unable to progress in Career Mode. I kindly ask for this issue to be investigated and addressed in a future update. Thank you for your support.
