    I don't know but I'd be surprised if it wasn't PS5.

I would guess PS5 as well. I play using a PC and I read somewhere that us PC users got a port over from the consoles, not sure if that’s what it was called but I bet the game would have been even better bypassing the console (whatever) and made a dedicated PC version of the game. On top of that, there must be more PC’S in the world than consoles meaning a bigger audience, on top of that, I bet more of the console market is a younger audience who would rather play MUCH different games than ⛳️ golf. My 2 cents worth.

  • @Bhamel I just had a look out of curiosity and total game sales seem to be split roughtly 50:50 PC vs console based on this source: https://www.statista.com/statistics/292460/video-game-consumer-market-value-worldwide-platform/

It does seem to be the case that console game versions are increasingly being prioritised though, based on what I've seen predominantly via Digital Foundry content.

For context I'm 46 and play on PS5, and I know older people with consoles. You may be right about average ages though.

It has always been Playstation, then XBox and last PC. So much EA stopped making TW games for a while for PC. Even for TGC / PGA 2K games, I've read many times guys buying the game twice, playing on consoles but building courses on PC because it's easier.

Looking at PGA 2K21, it says they sold nearly 3 millions copies, the max on Steam is barely over 5000 playing at the same time.

Those numbers surprised me, I thought consoles would sell many more copies but wasn’t sure. You’re still young so you count on the younger group 😃 Thank you for your input 👍

I remember when they gave up on the TW series, it was a sad day indeed as it had sooo much potential, as it was it was very good and many people on here are still talking about it. I had a PlayStation a few years back but sold it,  I’m just going to stick it out with my PC and keep my fingers crossed that they won’t forget about us, that goes for both EA and 2K. If either puts out a great golf game my credit card 💳 will be charged ASAP. Thank you.

As long as 2K keep the courses creator, I'm sure the game will be available for PC.

I would love to see a course creator for this game, from what I’ve seen in 2k21, the course’s people created were much better than the stock courses that 2k put out.

I was surprised too, thinking the same as you. Possibly there are a large number of PC-only titles that's biases the total, such that for games are are sold on console the sales would be more biased to consoles? Not convinced by this idea though, since there are also games that are console-only (initially at least).

If they would buckle down and concentrate on a PC only version they could create the ultimate golf ⛳️ game, especially with the power some of the new PC’S have.
