Re: Help - How do I take that final step racing with traction control OFF?

@allemands311 There are a couple of things you can do. I would try changing your throttle saturation and dead zone to begin with but its also critical to consider how quickly you accelerate out of corner as well as any tire wear you nay have

Thanks! I haven't noticed if there's a trend in spinning mostly when on old tires, will try to keep an eye on that.

I'll look into the throttle saturation & throttle dead zone as well.

Throttle linearity may help too but the best advice is yours "keep practicing" 😉

I don't know exactly what that one means but I'll check it out.

I did turn flashbacks on again, but I've had some much better results so far, I think the throttle dead zone is the biggest benefit, I moved it from 0 to 10.

In the past, I'd rarely have those moments where you feel the spin a little and can catch it, I'd go right into a spin. Now I'm able to catch a few more and avoid disaster, and I feel like those were the spins before

I did 1 race, it was Monza so I'm aware there weren't many chances to spin out of slow corners other than the 1st chicane. But I did 43 laps and only spun once, and I didn't have to flashback, so easier circuit for sure, but still felt like there was progress

I did race 10 laps at Baku with no spins tonight, had to save the race. Started in 10th, currently in 12th but zero flashbacks is the main stat I'm worried about.
