Add more customizable AI difficulties (different settings for different parts) Hello Codemasters/EA Sports team, I'd like to suggest an improvement to the AI difficulty system in F1 24 (and future F1 games) that I believe would greatly enhance the experience for players of all skill levels. Currently, AI difficulty adjusts primarily their pace – how fast they are around the track. However, it would add much more depth and realism if AI difficulty were separated into two distinct sliders: Pace Difficulty: How fast the AI drives, affecting lap times, cornering speed, straight-line speed, and consistency. Racecraft Difficulty: How skillfully the AI engages in defending, overtaking, pit strategy, reacting to safety cars, and handling pressure. This separation would allow players to: Customize races based on the kind of challenge they want (e.g., fast AI but less aggressive, or moderate speed AI with intense race battles). Tailor the experience more closely to real-life F1, where not all drivers are the fastest, but many excel at strategic racing and overtaking. Increase replayability and better match personal driving styles (some players prefer clean racing; others want high-intensity duels). It would also align well with your ongoing push toward making F1 a deeper, more authentic motorsport experience. Thank you for considering this! F1 24 turn axis is wrong, will F1 25 fix it?
I'm not a mechanic or expert in car mechanics so I apologize beforehand if I don't have the correct terminology for this. I've been playing F1 24 since January or February, and started two careers, the second of which I'm more than half way through. I really enjoy the game, but to me the turning of the cars is wrong. I play mostly in the camera called TV Pod, although I tried some of the others from time to time, and I notice this in all of them. Here's the problem. The way these cars turn, it's like they have the turn axis in the center of the car. It's as if the front wheels turn left or right just for show, but the real axis is the center of the car. Let's say you are holding a toy car, one of the small ones. You're holding it around the middle on the sides, so if you turn it, it's like it's turning from the center, not in the real way any car would turn. This is something that becomes evident if you're making a sharp turn, where you see the front wheels slide sideways as if they were in the air and the car was slightly elevated by a platform with wheels. It's like the car spins instead of turning like a real car. It can also be seen very easily in replays in the default camera. Sometimes it really looks like the car spins a bit at a time in some sharp curves. I would assume I'm not the only one who noticed this, since many players probably race some type of car in real life, even if not F1, but this is like the official game, correct? Another thing that doesn't make any sense to me is this. When I come to a corner and at one point I start breaking while turning, the car turns at a certain angle. Let's assume it's a rather sharp curve, so I have to keep the joystick in the controller all the way to the right, and the left trigger pressed all the way to brake. However, as soon as I let go off the brake, the turning angle becomes much sharper. I don't need to drive a real F1 car to know that that is not the way it works in real life. If I'm driving fast in my car, and I'm taking a curve while applying the brakes, if I let go off the brake pedal, the car isn't going to suddenly change the turning angle to a much sharper one, and that's a good thing, because it would be really dangerous if it was like in the game. So I have to assume these things are just like the game is, and there's no way to fix them, or is there?
F1 24 VR absolutely Disappointing
Pc specs: i9 13900k 64 gb ddr5 6000mhz rtx 4090 oculus quest 3 tell me, how the hell can this absolutely ludicrous PC not run this game at 72hz at all low. The game looks like a smeared mess. I play automobilista 2 and wanted something more sim like. Talk about disappointing. At least I bought it when it was on sale. I just cannot believe that EA advertises VR support and then it looks like a game from 2011 in the headset. What a disappointmentSoundbug Multiplayer Lobby
Hey guys, every now and then we have the following problem in our F1 league: During the race, there is a sound bug that affects a large part of the lobby, sometimes even the whole lobby. The race runs normally until one driver after another loses the sound of the game. I am attaching an example video of me from the point at which the error occurs. I play on a PS4 Pro myself. From the moment the error occurs, I have 0 sound and the sound of my PS party is muffled, tinny and almost impossible to understand. Does any other league/player also have this problem? Can EA help us understand why this error occurs? Also in F1 23/22 I had these sound failures from time to time. In F1 24 there's some customization for liveries. I think I know the answer to this and is no, but just to be sure I figured I would ask. Is there a way to upload and add your own livery? For example, if you design a logo for fun, and you want to add it to a car, is that possible? And by that I mean just to your custom car, not a logo that will be available to the public, just one that you have in your own custom car. If not available in F1 24, will it be in F1 25?Details
Hi, I wanted to share some visual details I noticed in F1 24. On all circuits that feature night races, the sky appears dark blue, which doesn't accurately reflect real-life night conditions-it should look much darker, almost black. In F1 23, this was better represented. Also, on the Saudi Arabia circuit, I noticed that the blue lights surrounding the water area do not reflect on the sea like they do in real life, and the light intensity is also lower. These lighting effects gave the track a more realistic atmosphere in F1 23. I understand the game needs to run well on consoles like the PS4, but I believe it would still be possible to slightly improve the intensity of those lights and their reflections on water without affecting performance. I really love the game, and I think these small visual tweaks could make it feel even more realistic and special. Thank you for your attention.

My team career stuck (unable to progress) likely due to issues with the 2nd driv
I am on the 1st July in 1st season with the next race being Silverstone. My driver has just had his contract up and i have decided to keep him so havent negotiated with other drivers. Without me doing anything the contract says automatically renewed. I am unable to sign any other drivers, just "watch" them. PLEASE devs if anything can you remove the smoke from online races?? F1 24 League racing is unplayable because everyone is "locking up" causing this smoke to the point where you cant see anything into the corner which lets to damage and crashes. you guys made it worse with the patch on 24 so PLEASE REMOVE IT for F1 25!2 player career mode
In 2 player career mode, how will the game decide which player will be on the left and the right side inside the box? I know it's a strange question. Beacuse for example Bottas is on the left, Zhou on the right. But if me and my friend take on Sauber it seems, me the host is on the right even tho I chose Zhou to be my driver partner before my friend joined. And if I chose Zhou I should be on left in Bottas's place but my frined joins and he's on the left. So how can I be on the left?Please Add a unique item in f124 (f1 world) or no f125 purchase for me
*IM POSTING HERE SINCE NOBODY SEEMS TO LOOK ON THE F1 24 SECTION ANYMORE. When is a unique item finally going to appear in f124 f1 world? I've been waiting months to get this last trophy/achievement, I'm not alone but no one from EA/codemasters is replying to anyone. Having every f1 platinum since 2010, this could be the first I miss out on because of a online item I can't get because there's none to obtain. If one doesnt appear, I won't be buying anymore f1 games from EA. From looking at the sales figures of recent years you would think you want to keep the current player base. Trophies for F1 2024
This has to be the worst game I've played for trophies, I almost lost count the amount of times I've had to download a cloud save because the game refused to pop a trophy I achieved! On PS5 there were 3 instances, but on PS4 so far I've had to do it 6 times! Mostly for driver career! What is going on?Manuel driver transfers for career mode / custom grids
Hi Codemasters and EA F1 Team, I’d like to suggest a feature that many fans have been waiting for: **Manual driver transfers** before starting a Career Mode or Custom Championship in F1 25. This would allow players to: - Create their own fantasy grid (e.g., Hamilton at Red Bull, Alonso back at Ferrari) - Simulate future seasons or real-life rumors - Make their own driver line-ups without being limited to the official grid This is something players have wanted for a long time—especially in offline modes, where balance and fairness are not a concern. Games like NBA 2K already allow full roster customization and sharing on both console and PC. Adding this feature to F1 25 would boost immersion, creativity, and replay value massively. Hi, Recently started F1 24 and enjoying it, just a couple of questions - Am I right in thinking there is no time trial in wet conditions? If so, how can you practice for the race if it is in wet conditions? Also, can you only save 1 x championship at a time, so you cant even play a one off GP to practice in wet say, as it overwrites your current championship and you would lose your current standings. Is there somewhere to go to to play a one off GP race? thanks for help in advance.
