F3 and Current F2 on release? Classic Tracks?

I'm sure these posts and suggestions fall on deaf ears, seeing as we somehow ended up with the never requested 'F1 World, Supercars, and a content-bare Pit Pass/VIP thing...."

Anyway, I'm wondering how F1 24 can possibly justify another £89.99 price tag. Especially since the F1 car designs remain essentially the same, driver lineup is the same, track list is the same, Breaking Point seems to be bi-annually..... What new addition is going to convince me to pre-order?

I'd love to see F3 brought to the game, as well as F2 current season at release (instead of 6 months into the game's life cycle)

This would be a great addition to career, being able to progress through the Formula to reach F1 (As the MotoGP games have been doing for over a decade). it would provide longevity to the game mode, as well as a whole roster of young drivers to be able to choose from in My Team, and the possibility to introduce Driver Academies for your Team.

The F2 cars are a lot of fun to drive and require a different driving style to master. F3 cars would not only add to that, they'd also provide some much needed variety of car to the game. Especially since rival racing titles often include over 50+ types of car. I mean, is anyone really using the 'Supercars' in F1 23? I'm sure a lot of Leagues would love to offer up some midweek F3 and F2 grids.

Classic tracks is another big request. There are so many lost circuits that have been in the F1 games, and some are much loved fan favourites.

Hockenhiem, Nurburgring, Sepang, Istanbul, Buddh, Yeongham, Valencia, Brands Hatch, Estoril, Jerez, even Vietnam could be brought in? What about those short layouts from F1 2020?

Again, additional tracks are gameplay elements that extend the longevity of the game for payers. More variety! Custom calendars for Leagues!! A lot of new players will never have raced these circuits before....

These are great additions for GAMEPLAY that players can use for the entirety of the games life cycle.

We don't need or want supercars. F1 World has to be the biggest waste of time I've ever seen in the franchise. The game throws so many upgrade parts at you that it's overwhelming and you don't know what to do with it all. Pit Pass only gives you these parts now, and has taken away helmet and car liveries, something that was integral and fun about starting a My Team career..... Is anyone really bothered about putting digital stickers in a compendium that nobody sees? Does anyone really spend real money buying little digital Puma T-shirts for a character on their menu screen? Why is there still a mode for choosing a sofa and a set of shelves, when I can't make a quick tyre change in the pit box in Qualifying??

  • I completely agree with you, I made a post similar to yours, but unfortunately I have lost faith in this company.

It's a shame, but if they decide to keep wasting time on Supercars that no one uses and can't race each other, couches and virtual t-shirts, I'm not giving my money once again.

Since 2021 I have been asking for F3 and giving ideas on any kind of problem that could appear with having 30 cars on track, unfortunately my post was lost when the forum domain changed, but it was useless anyway. And, to tell the truth, if they are going to have this category just like F2, where it is impossible to race without finding a bug every weekend in something as simple as tire availability, they better not even bother to create it.

Honestly, I'm very curious to see how they'll justify the price of F1 24 this year. In the basement of shame there's always one more floor, I expect anything...

  • @SDGMattI feel the same, totally agree with you...It would be so much better to have only career mode (ok, I don't play it but a lot of people like it), multiplayer online (the only thing I play on this game), TT, GP Offline, classic tracks and classic cars, F2 and if it is possible F3...also, solve the bugs from multiplayer online mode that are annoying and every single game they are there, sometimes they are updated with new bugs.

If we could have it for F1 24, I would buy it, but having all these things that doesn't make sense like you said, I would probably buy the game when gets a lower price (in Brazil is ridiculous the price for games like this, almost half a salary)
