Pro-pass can be completed in two weeks and doesn't offer that much when all is said and done. I think you get 40 tickets in total if you complete both the unactivated and activated pro-pass things. I can't remember how many coins are available but it also dishes out a stack of XP which is only useful to those who have not attained level 50 yet. There is still about 4 or 5 weeks til the next pro-pass starts, if I remember correctly.

The fact is that for those of us who concentrate on the tournaments, accrual is difficult. My good friend MIDNGHT_MRAUDR, who is a lot better than I am, also regularly runs out.

When Tiger Woods Online was live, there would be about twelve or thirteen tournaments (18 holes) each day and a four round event once a week. This gave us plenty to get on with but it seems that EA don't really want us paying too much attention to tournaments on here or else payouts would be better, therefore enabling us to have multiple attempts and get our teeth into things and actually play the game that they spent a lot of money on creating.

Without coins, you are limited with what you can do in the dailies and with the limited tickets you might win from those limited daily entries, you are limited to what coins you might win from the weeklies. The only way I can see you accruing this stuff is if you can nail a winners spot, first time every time and I know from seeing the PC leaderboards that no one person seems capable of doing that on here.

Like I said, if EA want people to play the tournaments then they will have to make it worthwhile or people will stop and the tournament section of the game will become surplus to requirement.

Never had an issue earning from tournaments. As you can see I'm not ranking high every time.
