Re: when f1 23 5 hours trial will be available with EA Play subscription?

I have ea play pro but the game won't start. He says it hasn't come out yet.

can you answer to those who have EA Play Pro, and still cannot start the game from the EA app?

I have EA play on my account (EA app) and I can't find the 5h trial as stated on the website: https://www.ea.com/games/f1/ea-play


All I can I find is that you can get the trial if you get EA Play through Steam, but I already have it and I don't want to pay twice

EDIT: (POTENTIAL SOLUTION) If you have installed the game before the trial started (I preloaded the game on June 12th via EA App, not Steam), uninstall the game and go to the game page to install it again. This should show, currently installing but it seems that it will work
