I get the same corrupt file thing on ps4. i re installed the game 3 times and the 3rd time seemed to be best as I played almost all day today with barely any game crashes.
I will give it a try thanks

Booting in Safe Mode and choosing Option 5, Rebuild Database should help here.

So safe mode option 5 after the game is installed helps?
Im noticing my PS4 fans coming on strongly during gameplay I wonder is the F1 23 game making the PS4 work too hard and overheat and causing the game to crash randomly?
Qatar is another track Im having problems with the game crashing.
also still having issue when hit PS button on ps4 controller while in online race lobby it yeets you back to main screen out of the lobby.
I am also wondering if there is a difference between digital version from PS store and physical copy of the game as far as if one crashes more than the other.
You dont suppose there is a flaw in the digital version causing crashing issues with PS4? Always saying corrupt game file etc even after I installed it 3 times.
To be fair seems after my 3rd install it does crash less but the game still does crash sometimes.
