@Ultrasonic_77 well, if you start up a game with game letting to the formation lap, and the tires are cold: then that is a major bug :-).

If I am then I've given you a way to improve your race starts if you choose to. You can also report this as a 'bug' in the relevant section and see what happens. My hunch is you'll be told it's 'by design' but maybe not and it will get addressed.
