My F1 Suggestion
The next F1 game F1 27, should have a walkable character. What I mean is when you crash / retire in, either in practice sessions, sprint, qualifying, or grand prix, you can walk around in your garage and watch the rest of the race, you could also interact with team members and chat. (sort of like an AI integrated)A humble suggestion.
I am a huge admirer of Formula 1, a fan of the category and its video games. Because I didn't imagine the game could be discontinued, I didn't buy F1 2010 on Steam. However, since I don't condone piracy, I own the game on physical media, but I can't run it because current PCs don't have CD/DVD readers/writers. I would like to suggest that you implement a kind of "exchange" if possible, rewarding those who don't condone piracy by granting them a Steam activation key upon proof of ownership of the original physical game. Obviously Reddit isn't a scientific sample of the consumers of the F1 games, but I think it's significant how many people are saying they won't buy new F1 games until the real-world drops these new "Mario Kart regulations". Here's how to convince these disgruntled players to keep buying games: bring back the non-hybrid classic cars. I think almost everybody will understand if you can't use the official names of the cars or the liveries. Take a cue from Gran Turismo 7 and their use of F-1500A, F-3500A, and F-3500B to describe their F1 cars from the 80s and 90s. Despite my disappointment of where the real-world F1 is headed, I will likely keep buying F1 games when there are new circuits. However, I have to say that I'm spending more time with non-hybrid cars like the 1980s/1990s generic F1 cars in Gran Turismo 7, games with non-hybrid GT3 cars, and, last but not least, the F2 cars that have been in the series since 2019. TL,DR: A lot of people are frustrated by the new regulations, but would be willing to spend extra money for a DLC that has non-hybrid classic cars...even if you have to use generic names and liveries.
It's still too bad there is no gyro steering!
Ive poured thousands of hours into GT7 racing competitively and people still seem mortified to hear that I've done them all using gyro controller steering on my PS5 controller. Unfortunately, I check F1 games every year to see if a gyro feature has been developed and still it hasn't happened. I find it crazy that people do not use this function as much as I do, however many may not have the arthritis in their hands. It can be somewhat painful just holding the controller for hours while racing, but what would make it impossible is trying to be precise with thumbs and controlling gas/brake and gear changes. So, I sit and wish there were more opportunities with good racing games! I love F1, I even pay for the F1 TV subscription....lol, but I just wait till the games come around for free and play them a bit until I get fed up with only a thumb option on controller. I have been struggle with this issue after playing like 20+ hours on steam. I tried a few solutions and there is it; -Deleting F1 22 file on documents which is including hardwaresettings file. -Making game started as administrator. -making sure dlss ise false by opening hardwaresettings file on the game files. -deleting nvngx_dlss.dll. -disable steam overlay. and this is the error code: f1 2022 Gathering crash info... Preparing ZIP file... Report code: KRRA-CPTV-TARX-RRSE C:\Users\omerf\AppData\Local\Temp\959964-20260317-161931-0.zip my game opening with blackscreen then getting egocrash and sometimes i can see the intro after that. but it closing after few seconds.i need help.
EA F1 Future Games
Does anyone else out there think EA need to make future F1 games better and not worse? And they keep adding more things to do? Like everyone has all the time in the world to complete these things. Also certain things in future games (especially for F1 26) need to be left out. Such as invitationals which is completely pointless. And I can’t really see the point in Series either. You know. Pointless things like that. But certain things should be added. Such as classic F1 cars and classic race tracks. Even if that means having to add sochi. Which I personally thought was a nice track to race round. Also the choice to pick a driver style is extremely limited. Why not just let us customise our own look alikes. Because none of the existing one’s look anything like me or probably anyone else. EA should also think about releasing more survival challenges as well. There hasn’t been any new ones for a while now. It’s like EA just gave up on that idea. Anyway I could ramble on about a lot more pros and cons. But seriously EA game developers. Just give it a hard think and throw in some better ideas like mentioned above. Just to spice things up a bit more and make the gaming experience more enjoyable and interesting.
Request: Add Robert Kubica as an Icon driver in F1 25/2026 Expansion
Hi EA/Codemasters Team, please consider adding Robert Kubica as an 'Icon' driver for the F1 25 My Team mode. Robert is a legend with a huge fan base, and after his recent success in WEC and winning Le Mans in 2025, it would be a perfect tribute to his career. Many fans in Poland and worldwide would love to race as him again!" Robert was the only Polish driver in Formula 1. He may not have won much, but I care about him being in the game. Adding him as an iconic driver would certainly attract many Poles. I'm Polish myself, and as I wrote, this is important to me, and I'd like you to consider this option.
Bring Back F1 mobile racing
Hello EA Team and fellow players, I am writing to express my strong support for bringing back F1 Mobile Racing. This game was the only official Formula 1 experience on mobile, and it gave fans a unique way to enjoy F1 racing anywhere, anytime. Since the game was discontinued, many players like myself have been disappointed, as there is no other mobile game that captures the true F1 atmosphere. Bringing it back—or even releasing an improved version—would mean a lot to the community. I kindly ask EA to consider reviving F1 Mobile Racing. Fellow Developers, It would be great to have a slider that allows us to determine how often AI make mistakes, wether it is by crashing, locking up, losing the car, etc. Becuase in the probably like 30 or 40 gps I have done in both career and GP mode on F1 25, only once have I seen the AI crash, ONCE. This is not normal nor is it realistic. Please consider adding this, it really makes the races more interesting, eventful, and realistic.
Monitor shutting off after flashbacks and entering/exiting menus
Product: F1 25 Platform: PC Which area is the bug/glitch in? Career Mode and Grand Prix How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes What happens when the bug occurs? The display on my monitors turns off and I have to restart my PC. Summarize your bug: Since F1 24 I’ve been facing this problem and now playing F1 25: after a flashback, or simply when going from the track back to the menu, or after a cutscene, the monitor goes black and shuts off, forcing me to restart the PC. I’ve tried everything: Undervolt Disabling overlays Lowering texture quality Turning off DLSS Running as administrator Verifying game files Smoke signals and everything else :) I see that this is happening to other users as well. Can any specialist help me? It’s horrible to deal with this — it always happens after game updates. I’ve even rolled back GPU drivers and still nothing. Please help!
F1 Race Stars Next Gen
I feel some one had to say it. You got iracing coming out with iracing arcade and I cant lie, I feel the community needs a new F1 Race Stars addition. One of my favourite games to cover the f1 2012 season. And with all the new stars and cars on the grid today and how massive the racing fan base has grown this could be such an addition to have back. F1 Race Stars Next Gen please. If not from EA, Codemasters atleast.
