Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 Spider Racing Wheel F1 2021 XBOX One

Hello everyone

I have a problem using the Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 Spider Racing Wheel on the game F1 2021 on XBox One purchased from the store, so no CD. Until a few months ago everything was ok...Since a few days, if the wheel is connected to the console, the game doesn't load and returns to the XBOX home page.

If, on the other hand, the wheel is not connected, the game starts regularly, but if I then try to connect the wheel, the game freezes and returns to the XBOX home page...

Could you explain how I can try to solve the problem? I've unplugged the cable from the console for 2 hours, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but nothing. Do you have any suggestions? I've already turned dozens of pages to find the solution, but to no avail.
