Can not customise livery and driver face. MyTeam EaPlay Trial

Which area is the bug/glitch in? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1 acces with ea play trial 2 go to my team 3 create new game and configure the first steps 4 when comes the driver customisation try to change avatar (i can not, the buttom do a extrange song when try to press) 5 go to configure your team, select name, engine and second driver. Then try to customise your team or the car livery (i cant press the buttons because looks darker than the others) 6 accept all and go to main MY TEAM menu, in corporate section search the customise option (like f1 2021) (in my game doesnt show the option.
What happens when the bug occurs? No error messages or crashes
What do you expect to see? Can customise my car, team and pilot.

I can not customise my livery when creating a new My team save with ea play 10 hr trial.

Cant push the buttoms in the creation menu. The customise buttom in main MyTeam menu, in the tap "corporate", doesnt exist for me.

I dont know if that is related to this, but i can not connect too.

I tried to uninstall, verify/repair, delete all savedata and nothing happens.
