ok i was able to fix it by uncheck vibration in xbox game bar

- @FMassa88 How do you do that? I can't find the setting in the xbox game bar (PC). I've tried disabling it in-game, in the Steam controller settings, and in the Xbox Accessories app. None of that worked for me.
sorry game bar was wrong go to xbox game companion then at the bottom settings than wireless xbox controller then configure and new profile uncheck vibration

This actually brought up the Xbox Accessories App for me again, but for some reason it hadn't saved the no-vibration profile I made the first time I did it. The second time it went through fine. thanks mate
it is annoying when you don't want controller to vibrate and he does
so i try some things and this is what worked for me
