Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The problem occurs either randomly at some point and somewhere in the game, but actually it's always associated with then frames dropping shortly with each audio stutter. It sometimes occurs when I tab out of the game and come back in. It also sometimes occurs when I want to micro speak something while I'm driving. Then I press the button for the radio and the sound starts to stutter. Sometimes the problem can be solved by changing any graphics settings. Like turning on VSync for example.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sound starts stuttering and at the same time the frames drop shortly with each stutter.
What do you expect to see? I hope that the audio stuttering can be fixed, because it disturbs the immersion while driving and has existed since release.
However, every time I use OBS to record this bug, I have less frames (around 60-70) and the stuttering disappears. Without OBS I have 70-90 FPS. A lock to e.g. 60 FPS brings nothing.
