Same here, bought 12,000 points code, redeemed it, went to old gen only and not new gen, I only play on new gen 

Yeah this sucks bro now on the old gen it says 16000 points I guess they put the 4000 u get for the deluxe version to so 16000 points that I can’t do nothing with because I don’t play old gen . 

Im in the same boat... This really sucks and there is no help to get apparently...

Redeemed Madden 24 points and they went to the old gen version on Xbox and not the new gen version. Many people are having this problem and it hasn't even been addressed as a known issue by you guys yet. Please transfer our points over to the version we actually play.

Points I purchased from GameStop 12000  date was 8/16/2023  . I logged into both accounts but never played one game on old gen . My gamer tag is hulksmash5164 on Xbox series XS

I purchased points via Walmart the other day for Madden 24.  I log onto Madden and use the redeem code setting, I get confirmation that my points were redeemed, however those points have not been added to my account. I start to research the issue via forums and find out this happened to several people, so I send an email requesting help.  I have sent photos of proof for redepmtion and purchase along with copy and paste links to other people having the same issue.  I only have an Xbox Series X, I haven't played on old Gen since Madden 22.  Why am i not getting this issue solved?

I had something similar happen with Madden 23 where I spent $300 on points and it took over 2 weeks to finally get them. Now I’m experiencing it again with Madden 24. I purchased 12,000 MUT points and have yet to see them…After entering the code in the Xbox store, it said the points had been added to my account..
