Re: Not compatible with Galaxy S7?

Same with me, I have a Samsung S7 and it says this, app is not compadable to this device. But, my friend with a samsung Galaxy Grand Prime was able to update it. Now when I try to search up Madden NFL, it wont even pop up

    Add on to my last post. It wont even pop up in The Google Play store. There is no update for the play store to do, so I cant play Madden NFL Mobile

    Try this. I have the Galaxy S7 too. It worked for me.

    Make sure your Google Play Store app is up to date. It should be version 8.3.73 or later.
    In Settings -> Display -> Screen Resolution, make sure you are running at FHD+ or WQHD+ resolution (not HD+ resolution).
    In Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Store -> Storage, tap Clear Data. Only clearing the cache is not enough.
    Reboot the device before retrying the game
