Bug with Step Up Offer Deal (Ultimate Freeze)
I bought the 5 packs of step up for ultimate Freeze. But I did not receive an iconic player. It said an iconic player was guaranteed if all 5 packs are bought. I only received an epic player. Now the deal is gone and I am missing the iconic player. I asked for help in the EA support, but they told me to post the issue here for further help. looking forward for further information and help here. (as the support already asked for it: I can’t provide a screenshot of the issue because I wasn’t expecting problems when buying/opening the pack) best, Dom
EA SUPPORT is better know as LACK OF SUPPORT
It’s incredible to have chat bot’s and agents hiding behind messages not resolve any issues that arise within the game. I have played madden for many years and this will be my last. The support is horrible and this game should not bear the name of such a legend like John Madden . This is an embarassment to gaming and lack of service for the consumer.. All i asked is for fix to complete Ray Lewis trade when i have all the eligible players so i can complete obtain necessary player for 2nd time to complete mythic set and i attached images to confirm below. A simple request to fix or compensate a consumer for what has been earned or could be earned with players to complete a trade is not resolved yet circles of responses with no accountability or resolve for the end consumer.. If you feel the same pass the word and share. As gamers we should not tolerate brands who dont support the consumer cause they are too big.. EA enjoy the last season i will complete for my team, as i will not play or have any family members utilize any EA game going further.Ultimate Freeze Toy Chest Codes
The UF Toy Chest states the initial launch will be 15 toys and codes. So far only 2 codes have been released and I’m waiting on the balance of 13. At first I thought maybe it’s a release of 2 codes a day but it doesn’t say that and there still is only 2 codes. Any help?Training points
For about one month I have not been receiving my Training Points correctly. I am a Diamonds player. In Madden Base, Daily Arena and other game modes I receive much fewer Training Points than what the game shows as the reward. For example in Daily Arena the reward was displayed as 1716 TP but I only received 397 TP. This happens consistently and not just once. My Diamonds benefits should be active but the bonus Training Points are clearly not being applied. I have restarted the game and checked my status but the problem still persists. Please investigate this issue and explain why the promised Training Points are not being awarded. Thank you.
Madden mobile scramble
Is there a way to scramble with the QB. For example in PA TE CORNER I run sideways with the QB. Sometimes there is no one open but there is plenty of room for my QB to run and get the 1st down. How do I run with my QB because when I try the QB does this weird slide thing and then I get sackedBRING BACK SEASONS MODE WITH ULTIMATE TEAM ROSTER
Let’s bring this back!!! Everyone wants it back and it doesn’t make sense why it was taken away. You should be able to play seasons mode with regular nfl rosters or with your ultimate team. Playing seasons mode with your ultimate team was the best part of this game and the most fun. Maybe make it so you just don’t make any “progress” or gain xp if that’s the reason. All we want is the ability to play seasons mode with our ultimate team, it seems like a really easy and simple thing to do, that the community would absolutely love. Please ea, can we have this back!?!?!?Madden Academy issues
I have customer support about the fact I have created or added traits and it still says I have yet to do o. I explained at 1 every starter had traits assigned to them and they admit there is a glitch and they refuse to issue a ticket. They told me I had to create a message here to get help. Isn’t that what Customer Support does? ALSO, on a side note, HOW and why would one use 2.5 gb. Of data in less than 2 weeks?
