Aspect ratio issue when starting game
I just upgraded my phone from a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra to the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. When first starting the game, the aspect ratio is incorrect (see attachment) and I am unable to make make any choices on the screen. I did not have this issue on my old phone. I can flip my, which flips the screen, and this will correct the issue while the game is loaded, but will still occur every time I restart. I worked through troubleshooting steps with support and even uninstalled and reinstalled and have not found a solution.
PLEASE EA BRING BACK MM16
Please bring back madden mobile 16-18 it was my entire childhood, I played it everyday, all my friends played it everyday. I have very fond memories of playing the earlier madden mobiles, these new madden mobile games however are quite frankly very terrible, MMG explained it best but madden mobile back then was known not only as a gameplay game but a card collecting game, removing the auction house making players 400 overall, making it fully pay to win, is the worst thing you could of done, players paying over thousands of dollars for good cards ruined the grind, being able to fully grind for a certain card without spending money was way better, I get you as a company need to be making profits but the system back then was much superior I can fully guarantee that you made over quadruple the money back then as opposed to now. dont fix something thats not broken. Please ea bring back madden mobile 16.
Game not fully loading onto screen.
I've been having some troubles while playing the game. The game doesn't fully load onto the screen and sometimes the hitbox for the controls moves away from their icons, making the game harder to play, sometimes even impossible. I am playing on a Samsung Galaxy S25+ and have had this problem ever since I got it.
Acquiring player for leveling up your team stats
This round with the Chris Johnson I have gotten the first one but for some reason it won’t give me the second one even though all offensive and defensive positions are 4 and all special teams positions are ten but it won’t give me the next CJ. Anyone have any idea why
Selected the wrong upgrade player
So I’ve been playing madden mobile basically everyday this entire 2025 season. Recently I was upgrading my saquon Barkley card and made the mistake of upgrading to the regular card instead of the mythic which only requires one more epic card which I have. The game won’t allow you to take the upgraded player with the extra epic to make the mythic so I contacted EA. They basically told me to go pound sand and there was nothing they could do. I understand from their end not letting a bunch of people trying to swap cards for better ones but it was an honest mistake and I wasn’t asking for a free card just wanted the upgraded and extra epic to be gone and replaced with the mythic. This would have been the first mythic I’ve gotten in the game after countless hours spent grinding. Just wondering if anyone has any similar experiences.

On the Search Leagues Page click on the Search Magnifying Glass Icon again in the Top Right Corner. 4.) On the Search for Leagues Box, click Type in S.E.E.K. 5.) You must have at least 2750 Ovr Points to Join.
Madden Mobile screen is pulling to the right and can't play games correctly
The game loads with part of Mahomes off the right side of the screen. When you try to click a tab you have to click to the left of it to work. When playing a series you have to tap to the left of the play to select.it and the same to throw to a player. All the numbers aren't fitting and look like this 123. 4
