*UPDATE 2/15/22* Madden NFL Mobile Forum Changes
Hey, Madden Mobile Community! Today, these forums had a quick audible by changing the way we plan to collect feedback from the community. Previously, we had one page where all of the feedback and bugs being reported were collected. As we've grown over this year we've decided to add a total of 3 categories. General Discussion - This is where you can talk about the game. Strategy, events, feedback, you name it. Game Suggestions - This board will be used to monitor ideas players have to improve the game or add feedback on what is currently happening in-game Technical Issues & Bug Reports - This forum is where we'll help players with tech related issues and report bugs to the Madden team Thank you for being part of the Madden Mobile community and we look forward to your conversations in 2022!
EA account help
My brother and I share a device for Madden Mobile. My account linked to Google Play, and his to EA. I also have my own EA account and he has his own Google play. Somehow, my account got merged to his. Now his team is linked to all Google Play and EA accounts. Ive been trying to get this resolved with in-game support, but im just being given a generic response every single time. It has been 4 days now. My league is in HoF and need me. I cant get on and I cant get thru to them. What can i do? Can someone help? I get a response from a different support agent every couple hours with the same response and no help.. This is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to go thru all this just to get things straightened. They've asked for my approval to continue several times, yet no resolve. Please help!!QB scramble bug
This doesn’t happen that often but it’s definitely happen more than 3 times, but when I scramble (always happens when I scramble left), sometimes my guy just kinda slows down and stops, kinda like he’s stutter stepping. I’ve known about the joystick getting stuck issue but this one seems different?Pls read this
Why would madden mobile ever remove auction house and playing seasons with your built team. Also why would they ever add players over 99 overall. The game is completely ruined and I would do anything to play a half decent madden mobile game again. All they care about is money not the true fans and kids playing the game for fun. Also removing superstar ko from madden which was one of the best things they have ever had just because it doesn’t generate them more money. They add those back to the game they would get millions more players and make more money but they don’t know that because they never actually played there new trash game.Linking accounts
For the past few weeks I have been unable to link my accounts to my profile. I am currently using the Guest account from the main menu as that is my only way of logging in. When I try to log in using the EA account or Google Play Games, it gives me the same error message of: Login Failed Google Play Games (or EA account) login failed. Please try again. How do I fix this issue? I also try to link the accounts in the settings but that has the same exact issue.
