Summarize your bug I am playing the MUT Christmas draft event. As I’m playing, I will get a win, then when the game is over my win doesn’t count. This has happened multiple times now, making me miss out on rewards and making playing not even worth it.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure, when I’m done playing the game, my wins are not counting as wins. They aren’t counting as losses either, it’s like I diddnt even play the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? I don’t get my wins counted, missing out on rewards, wasting my time and flustering me. It will go back to the screen where it shows my progress, and nothing happens, I will be at the same progress I was.
What do you expect to see? I’d like it to get fixed, and maybe get my win rewards back.
This is the Zero chill event. This happened three times to me now. One time I was on my fourth game and it diddnt count my game win before. The last time it happened I won my first game, got back to lobby, and it just said 0/5 wins still and nothing happened from the win. I am hitting finish game and watching the highlights, so it’s not an error on my part, some of my wins just aren’t counting.
