Crashing upon booting
when i boot up madden 25 the game gets me to main menu and works for about a minute or two then auto crashes/closes. i've tried repair, ive tried reinstalling, clean boot, turning off antivirus, run as administrator...everything. Before the recent update the game worked fine. ----your team suggested several cache clearing, repair, reinstall, reboot methods that did not work unfortunately. My CFB 25 characters hometown is Moline, IL and that is being flagged in Madden 25. When I try to create a character in Madden 25 it won’t let me choose “Moline” as my hometown so that is how I found this issue. What is the deal with the frequent interceptions on this game? I am so disappointed. I’ve been playing EA games for well over 30 years and they have gotten worse and worse and worse over the years. Hello, I have been playing numerous hours of madden 26 ultimate team but for some reason whenever I complete a new set if any kind the game becomes frozen and the only way I am able to play is closing the game completely and then starting up through the EA app. I have tried to use the repair feature twice via the EA app but this has not resolved the issue. I have asked for this almost since release, and since you guys are onto making 27, I realize this is going to be ignored, but I am pissed off. I have carpal tunnel fairly severe, and I cannot play the game, i.e. run the players around the field, throw, etc., so I play in GM mode. But you guys have made it so that people have to actually run the plays in practice, which is stupid when someone is playing GM mode, and impossible for me. So, my strategy is always what the computer chooses it to be, and the computer isn't very bright. I want to be able to go into 'Weekly Strategy', Set my opponent offensive focus, set my opponent defensive focus, on a new screen, set my (up to 6) players to get extra work (exp) in practice, set my goals for HC, OC, DC, and personnel, and then click on simulate practice. The game would simulate practice then go to a screen showing who leveled up so you can level them as it usually does.
