Screen flickering during game play

Whenever I’m in a game the screen is rapidly flickering to the point it’s next to completely unplayable. The menus are smooth and have only had an occasional flicker and the post play “cut scenes” are smooth as well. I have cfb25 and I havnt gotten any flickering. I’ve even tried all three graphics setting and there’s no difference in the flickering.
