ok i give up, i talked to an EA advisor ...they said its Apple's fault. it was a family purchase i think for my son...and i can't find it. I've spent 2 weeks trying to solve this...this is the only company EA that is that I have this problem with... SIMPLE STOREKIT CODING!!! I dont get it...EA you are missing out on tons of people's money..including mine...I AM DONE!!! why is it that only EA has this recurring issue...and both companies say its the other's fault. I went through every line of the Apple support page the EA advisor sent me, after telling me "sorry I don't use an Apple device so I dont know what to tell you"!! REALLY???? NO ONE CAN FIX THIS!!!?????!!!!! R-E-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S!!!!!!

- I had the same exact issue. I don't know if it was because it was a family purchase and that has something to do with it, but I really hope it will get fixed.
