Re: Unable to purchase points on Madden

I have $30 credit in my "wallet." I wasted the enitre day in chats with EA sports and with Origin. I want a refund of the $30 I cannot use in my wallet. I just received an email :

    So basically they are keeping my money and not letting me use the funds in my "wallet" on the only game I have from EA Sports. I smell a class-action lawsuit coming. Any lawyers out there? Just send me an email from my posted email address.

    I am getting the same error message about informing me to "check back later." EA Sports kept stalling and trying to put me on hold and transferring me to try to get me to abort the chat. They initially gave me a link to "steps" to take trying to put the blame on my internet connection. I called them out on that and I called them out on their stalling tactict. Then they told me I had to contact Origin to get my money back. So I did all of this stuff and got the previous message I posted. 

    I told them that it is an EA Sports software glitch and they just ignored my statement in the chat. I have spent about $300 or more on this years Madden 15 including the game download. And then I get a message in which I cannot respond to, after waiting in chats all day long to resolve the issue.
