FOTF Side Activity Drill Won't Award me Gold Medal RP

Face of the Franchise Summarize your bug No matter what drill I do in "Side Activities", every time when I am at 4/5 attempts and I complete the 5th attempt successfully, the game makes a "incomplete" sound and I don't get a gold medal. Every time. Its absolutely absurd and ridiculous. You should be embarrassed for putting this out, and having this problem THIS FAR after release. I literally just bought the game and I already want my money back. Fix this ASAP. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play FOTF and try and get a gold medal in drills What happens when the bug occurs? I dont get a gold medal, I get silver even tho I completed the last one. What do you expect to see? Offline Franchise Mode
I had not played Madden 25 for about a month. I launched the game, and seen in the upper right of the screen IN GAME ON, and then, IN GAME OFF. Then a screen I could not get out of came on with options, and all of them was pay options. My attempt at changing that screen was zero. And my franchise was nowhere to be found! So, all I want to know is: Will Madden 26 have offline Franchise Mode, or do we all have to buy the game for $70.00 and then pay more money just to play the game? I traded Madden 25 in to Game Stop already, so I am sorry I could not be more specific in describing the screen I saw, but the bottom line to it all was: My franchise was gone pecan. This happened on the XBOX X.

Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run practice mode, and play defense What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. The offense just stands there What do you expect to see? Unable to enter franchise mode in Madden 25
Hello, When i try to enter my online franchise in madden 25, a message pops on the screen saying "something went wrong". I cannot create a new franchise either, nor search for a franchise mode. I have uninstalled the game and re installed it, i have reset my router and i am connected with an ethernet cable as well. Is there any way to fix this issue? Please and thank you

If you would like to share and/or discuss your ideas about features, gameplay or addons etc. or how to improve the game, please have a look at the Madden Suggestions Index if other players already made similar suggestions. The higher the number of players either giving XP to the suggestions made or click the "me too" button, the higher the likelihood that the dev team will consider and prioritize the suggestion. If you would like to make a (new) suggestion yourself, I'd propose to add the term "[Suggestion]" at the beginning of the thread title. Furthermore, the more self-explanatory the title, the more likely it is that other players will find your proposal and support it. I'd strongly recommend to focus on one specific suggestion in your threads. The Madden team has to prioritize what suggestions are picked up and implemented. The more focused your suggestions, the more likely other players will support it (either by clicking the "me too" and/or the "XP" buttons). If you would like to share more ideas, please post them in different threads to allow a more homogeneous discussion within the respective thread if other players would like to support or discuss your idea. I'm have a some unplayable at time issues with this game. Most of the time the game will switch back and forth between the controller and keyboard there needs to be away to completely remove the keyboard and mouse. When this happens to hit some buttons on the controller no matter what controller I use will cause player to run backward when trying to chase someone or make the game go from full screen to windowed or minimize the game. I have repaired the game and reinstalled it a few times now. also used a wired and Bluetooth xbox one controller. Also seems that at times the game lags or freezes and then speeds up to catch up...Bug: Playlimit and Play Cooldown
Hey guys and gals! We were so excited when play limits and cooldowns were added so we could keep gameplay fresh in our 32 user leagues. But, we’ve noticed a rather annoying bug in it. if you call a play and audible to a new play when on the field, that new play will not count towards the play limit OR the Cooldown. This means that you can run the same play over and over as long as you audible to it. It defeats the purpose and is impossible to police in the leagues. Thank you!
Cannot access old email for verification code
Hi, I created a new EA account to ask this since I couldn't figure out the contact system and cannot call because I couldn't find a number for Australia and wasn't planning on paying for overseas calls. I'm trying to log back into the original EA account that my dad set up for me when I was little, but I can't remember the password to the email address connected with my EA account and I can't log in because I have two-step verification set up. Is there any way that I can recover my account? I can provide the email address, username and password but the one thing stopping me is the password to the email address itself. Thank you.
