Re: Franchise Strategy: Las Vegas Raiders

I know this may sound odd, but for year one, I try to keep my team as close as the real like Raiders' squad. In the second year in Franchise, I start to tinker around and try and get free agents to sign and such as that. I am hoping to run a couple of years in Franchise in Madden 23.
