Sadly if you hadn't linked your game to anything what so ever (i.e. Facebook, Google Play Games, Or the device itself) as well as not having an EA account you are unfortunately screwed without the device you played on. I wish you the best in recovering your device & the effort you had put into the game on it as well. Definitely link or sync any app you can that you know you are going to put a lot of time, effort, and of course currency into on the day you decide you like it enough to be competitive as a player.

@Arpan2001 unfortunately, if you didn't previously link your account to a Facebook account and were only playing as a guest, I don't believe you can get your old account back. That's pretty much the reason everyone encourages you to link your game account.
The only option I can think of is performing a restore of your device, assuming you were backing up application and data. If you have an iPhone, I know this is a possibility and has worked for some people, but it'll largely depend on exactly how your application, account, device were all setup. Otherwise, the sad news is I don't think you can recover.
- I feel so sad and...after all hard work and play with honesty ...I built a good squad and now After lost that ! I uninstall the game....I am so angry with that....I will never play this again !
