Re: Not getting my twitch drops

This isn’t acceptable. Not every one knows what to do and no explained if , it didn’t track on the app. I couldn’t claim it on the app to get the next one to start. Now I know I need to use the browser for this, but why does good morning madden track on the app but not mcs? I was there from starting soon too user blasting your customers for not being on time despite the fact we where there for four and half hours and got no drops. You guys should make another thing to watch to make up for twitch not tracking.

Hey I also watched the entire stream and didn’t get any drops from the app.

I watched the stream for the entire 5 and a half hours and only got 3 drops because I didn't click redeem on my first one for a couple of hours. I thought that it would track this even if I didn't redeem my drop. 

I watched the stream. Got a twitch drop but no mcs tokens or packs. Watched for the required time account is linked but never received any of the mcs items just a pack of gold players

The issue is we are unable to claim drops on our mobile devices. thats how alot of us were watching the stream.

I Was watching the MCS Kickoff on Sept 7th from the mobile app and it said I could claim only one award but I know I watched more then just for one award and it wasn’t  even showing up that it was tracking in the mobile app. The only reason I got the drops from today was because I had to watch on my app it but tracked by signing in on twitch.tv. I don’t care per say about the other packs just the packs I would have gotten for the tokens if there is anyway to at least send those to me because my twitch and ea accounts are both linked properly 

I claimed all my drops on desktop and they say claimed head to your game to receive your content and I haven’t received them. My twitch account is linked and has been to the one and only ea account I’ve had since 2017. First time I’ve ever had an issue. I waiting cause I though it was delayed but it’s been 4 days and others have got their packs. 

I watched 3+ hours of the stream on day 1. I claimed my first drop and never got another from that day. I just want my drops to collect my tokens. Please help if you can

On the first steam I watch the whole MCS and nothing popped up in my twitch to redeem, I waited for days and nothing popped up yet,

I watched the first day of the msc tournament and didn’t not receive my drops and was unaware of the steps required and was unable to claim my drops is there anything you guys can do
