I doubt it now. I contacted EA Support on the 10th and was assured thar EA was on it and that I would get a resolution and received a notification that the case was closed. I looked at the dates and it updated that it was closed with no other info. I was told there would be an update on the Madden NFL Twitter page, and there's nothing there.
