I was advised from the EA representative that I could not return the game because I do not meet the criteria anymore. My "first" time opening (not playing) the game was a result of assisting the tech team in helping fix a potential game issue on their end, but the main purpose was to return the product. I was not going to change my mind in returning the product whether they fixed the issue or not. If I wanted to play the game, I would of contacted the tech team directly for their help. I just want to refund the product which I stayed under the criteria of "within 14 days from the day you bought it, if you have not launched the game." This contingency was not broken as a result of my own doing. I was instructed by an EA representative to voluntarily help troubleshoot this issue to prevent it from happening to other players and now that it is my fault? Out of my own goodness, I opted to help and now I'm unable to return the product? That doesn't seem right.
