I have the same issue as week. I tried unplugging the power cablee and restarting my Xbox. Nothing works. Please Help

Are you using custom rosters for your Franchise with created players?
I know it's not an ideal situation, but have you tried reinstalling the game yet to see if that would fix this? If you have the game installed on an external hard drive, make sure there aren't files on both the internal and external drive. That can cause some weird performance issues.I am not using custom rosters, but I think I may have found a fix. In my franchise I simmed a few weeks, and cleared the cache on my Xbox. As you mentioned before you can do this by power cycling your Xbox. The issue is that after each game it seems to be freezing again at the loading screen. What I do is I power cycle my console after every game, and from there it runs smoothly. This may not be full proof but it’s an idea.
I'm actually having the same issue as OP, but I'm using a custom roster with a full 53-man team of created players. I've tried for a couple weeks now to start a franchise with this team but I haven't been able to do any training or games because it freezes or crashes.
Is this a common issue with custom roster franchises? Is there a known fix?
Is anything going to be done about franchise crashing to the dashboard the game is unplayable,cache has been cleared a reinstall was done, still nothing. Offline and cloud have the same issue.

I have the same issue with the standard preseason roster
- @Scottyhalf2 I started new Online franchises and have the same issue. I started a new offline and it seems to be running smooth.
Im having the exact same issue on PC
Im using a custom roster on PC and it completley crashes my game if I try to play a single game on franchise offline
