I do a little bit of both. But I think I figured out the issue. It was regarding my uniform. Some parts of my away uniform don't load into the game. Once I changed my uniform I was able to play. It was some parts of the Marino uniform earned in the yard on the console game. I'm able to play the yard on mobile again. It just won't let me play with a few uniform parts.
Community ManagerAh, I see! Good to know. That's definitely something I'll check on with others if I hear from anyone else who's having this same issue. Hopefully we can identify a common thread so we can have the Madden Mobile team take a look.

Im having the same issue. I cant play in the yard at all. Everytime i click to edit my uniform it crashes out. And it freezes everytime i try to play a game

I too am having problems with the yard. I got to the end or near the end, and I can’t do anything. It like froze...been frozen for a month now. I was on the last game of the last Miami and now it won’t finish, and I can’t move on to greenway. I am playing on an iPad Pro. I would sure love to keep playing. I have reinstalled the game twice, I am up on my updates. The rest of madden mobile is just fine....any thoughts? Jeff

If you open up the game settings, do you see any options there for changing the graphics? If so, can you try changing those to see if that helps at all?
