If you have players missing from a set please contact our Support team via in-game from Settings>Help so they can pull up your account and get those restored for you. Our Support can also be reached at Help.EA.com. Make sure when you're filling out a case you don't select "report a bug." 

You'll want to fill out Missing Items/Content as the category. 👍

They'll make sure you get back what you've earned, thanks for flagging this down for us.
