Have you tried restarting your device to see if that helps push the transaction through for your account? In some cases the purchases can be stuck in a pending state or delayed and by restarting the device it can help fix it.

That's the first thing I tried. As of right now I'm out of 5000 Madden Cash.

Simply create a case via in-game to speak with our Live-Support team so they can help recover the coupons for you.

So guess what, I ended up getting the Madden Cash back It took several calls and emails to in game support. I found the calls more effective than emails. Thx for everyone's help and input.

Geezzzz I nearly spat my coffee all over my iPad. In this instance they have assisted and done well. Most other time your support tells us to post here for someone in the community to assist. #joke
