Re: Delay online
Do you know if your TV has a gaming mode that needs to be enabled? A lot of new flat screens these days have a gaming mode option that isn't turned on by default. If that's not on you'll get some input delay, so check that first.
Second, what you're describing is something I've experienced before in Madden. A simple restart of the console and network usually does the trick and is a great starting point. Let us know how those steps go for you. I know this is a delay response (no pun intended) and our apologies for that. Hopefully you're not experiencing any issues but if you are, let us know!
Reboot the power to the modem/router
- Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.
How to power cycle your Xbox console:
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
How to power cycle your PS4 console
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
