Our staff is not able to adjust any records or place players back into a specific game, so it's crucial to remain connected in the game all the way to the very end. If this is something that happens quite often, I strongly recommend taking a look at our basic connection troubleshooting article here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
