You had posted this on the Plants vs. Zombies forums. I moved it to Madden 23 for you. As far as your issue goes, are you sure you're logging in to the right account? If you're resetting the password for a different account, it's not going to affect the one you play Madden on. If you're sure the right account is being used, contact an advisor by opening a case here so they can assist with this. Thanks!
