Incorrect Solo Battle Rewards

Hello everyone!

The MUT Team is aware that some players did not get correct Solo Battle Rewards from last week today. They are still investigating the issue and will work on making it right for players impacted once they identify what is causing the issue.

    Hey Madden Ultimate Team Community,

We wanted to let you know that Solo Battle Rewards for the week of February 17th (February 17-February 23) will be delayed till Wednesday, February 26th. The reason for this delay is to ensure that players receive their correct Solo Battle Rewards since we had an issue last week.

Since Solo Battle Rewards will be delayed, Solo Battles for the week of February 24th will not start until Wednesday, February 26th. Due to the shortened week, we will work on a modified reward schedule.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

2/18/20 5:45PM ET Update: The MUT Team is still working on identifying the root cause of the incorrect Solo Battle Rewards from last week. Once they determine root cause, they will start working on issuing a make-right for impacted players. We will keep updating this thread with updates.

    2/20 1:45PM ET Update:

The MUT Team will be issuing SB make-rights shortly. If you did not receive the proper tier rewards earlier in the week, you will receive a make-right for the correct tier. If you already received your correct rewards, you will not receive a make-right.

Doing it with House Rules Solo Battles this week too.  I have 249K points and am listed 2 tiers below where I should be.  I tried the chat app snd sat for over an hour both times — wait time said 5 minutes...

EA has worst support for any product I have ever paid for - and I have worked in IT for over 21 years.  Tried ‘chat’ 4 times past 2 days.  Wait said 5-15 min.  Sat for over and hour with no response.  Tried feedback link — didn’t let you submit if ‘very unsatisfied’ was selected...  Not good...

Can you confirm what EA Chat is saying that some players still have not received theirs? I was #8 last week on the PS4, and received the 11-25 tier... still have not gotten the make right.

It is two hours past the usual implementation time and nothing appears, 'There's currently no events live...'.

No rewards for the previous week, either.

Hoping this has to do with the Legends that are to be disbursed....

Is anyone else having this problem ?

@rlkihne Same here. It's Monday, no rewards (nothing during the week, either), and Solo Battles are unavailable. Hit 310k points.... was, like you, listed below my progress yet that fixed itself. Only that...
