Sounds pretty frustrating what you went through. I've been in some pretty competitive games myself and when momentum is not going your way it can feel like everything was really going against you.

I'm not really sure what we can do for you in this situation because there's nothing to really go off of. Do you have any recorded footage of this game so we can get a feel of what was exactly going on in those drives? I know it might sound silly, but on certain drives where someone picks you apart, try to record that drive and look at it again post match. See what offensive/defense plays they used and select them in practice mode. Find a few plays that work really well against what they're running so you can counter. That's why coaches use game film. You have to find what works best for your offense and exploit their weaknesses.
