Everytime I click the add points button in the store a message from PS4 comes up and says "that option is no longer available and set up". I have been trying to buy points for two days. I have restarted the game and PlayStation multiple times and have even redownload the game
Yes I had the same problem then I bought 12000 madden points as well on PS4 store, I’ve restarted my system multiple times and still nothing. Also I haven’t gotten my rewards for preordering the superstar edition of the game. What do I do?

PS4 EA Access Players: Points are unavailable in-game at this time, however they can be purchased at the Sony store and received when logging back into Ultimate Team.

I also bought points but on Xb1 and they are not showing up, how can I go about receiving the points I bought?
I purchased points on playstation store. Received confirmation, restarted system, and it came out of my account. Points still not showing up. Need that fixed please and thank you.
