Re: Account invalid

I’ve contacted EA help and their advice won’t work. For the past 3 weeks,  every time I get on Madden 20, it says “This account is invalid. Please visit help.EA.com for more information.” Before this issue occurred I never had an EA account. I can get on NBA2K20 but just not Madden. I’ve deleted the game and downloaded back again, but it didn’t work. I’m about to delete my saved data. So I don’t know what to do anymore. If anyone has had this issue and knows what to do, let me know

Try resetting your EA Account password. This will help in most cases.

If that doesn’t work, wait 90 minutes and try again. You may have tried to reset your password too many times and too fast.

i think we should all call the better business bureau because ea doesn’t seem to be helping any

of us. This is getting out of hand now. We spend a lot if $$ on these games and this happens that we can’t play them? Ridiculous 

Same thing for me, the only thing I have been able to do to fix it is to keep changing my password every single time  I try to play Madden 20 on EA Access.

I followed the link you sent to check the email address tied to my profile.   When I go into Setttings -> EA Account it immediately returns the Invalid Account error.  I already reset my password last week after I started having this issue - but I can do that again if you think it will help.
