Same incredibly frustrating and disappointing issue as everyone else here. None of the offered solutions seem to work.
Will EA be crediting users who have paid for the EA Play service and experienced such a lack in availability?

No apparent wifi/ connection issue
Reset password = no change
Error Messages
- This Account is invalid
- Disconnected From Server
- Must be signed into Xbox Live
So @EA_Blueberry ! What can I do to sue EA? This is rediculous. I will be serving them at the end of November and RedWood city is not too far from me. Bugs and glitches messing up my timing, updates with new glitches. Now from 60 MUT Max level, now there are new MUT levels? When I could have passed it and it was at Max MUT level. Crazy. Worst Madden Ive ever played and stressed about the time and money into this.
