Re: Account wrongfully banned

So I submitted a complaint with the BBB on this. I explained the entire situation. I mean everything. And this is what EA sends to BBB. SMH 

Literally the same exact default response we’ve been getting. I even explained in the complaint that this is what I already did the moment I got the wrongful ban.

    11 Days with no actual update, suppose to have heard sometbing by the end of last week, and still not a word on why or what there doing to fix this error on There part, Banning innocent players, while allowing big content creators to promote coins is not only in unethical  but illegal.  SOMETHING NEEDS DONE ASAP, WE ARE TIRED OF THIS BS. COMPENSATE ALL OF US WRONGFULLY BANNED AND FIX THE DAM GAME ALREADY .  DONT TELL ME TO MAKE A CASE WHEN I HAVE HAD ONE FOR 11 DAYS ALREADY WITH NO UPDATES.

    @twelvefiddle6 Same reply to me too. The BBB and EA must be in bed together. Now im gonna file a complaint against the BBB. And if I dont get access to the game this week im filing a complaint with my credit card company for services not delivered. This is utterly crazy.

    For anyone who has Chase Bank, I was able to successfully get my money back by disputing the charge. They give their customers a courtesy $100 credit for disputed charges that are difficult argue (such as digital downloads). 

    Give them a call at [Phone number removed.]-849-3574 and explain your situation.
