Default Coalesced.ini file

I was trying to use the ME2 Coalesced Editor (http://social.bioware.com/project/1854/#details) to give my paragon Shepard facial scars. I somehow lost the coalesced.ini file. I downloaded a new one from the internet, but now when I leave the ship and choose my squad, it has all the squadmates available, including ones I haven't recruited yet. My guess is that I need a default coalesced.ini file. Does anyone know where I can get one?
