Rendering issue
so I recently purchased mass effect and this seems to be a graphics rendering issue. All of the white highlights are red.I do not believe It’s my system as I played this game and have 144 hours and I’ve never had this issue utilizing the Xbox app previously . I’ve sent done away with the Xbox app and have gone directly through EA. Since going directly through, I’ve had nothing but problems with games . I repaired the game as well as uninstalled it and reinstalled it it does not fix the issue. Please help me rectify the situation thank you
Multiplayer account issue
Hello! I got the urge to play the multiplayer on PC even if just solo but when i downloaded the game and selected multiplayer, my profile had lost all progress. How do I get this progress back? I have logged into my N7HQ account and can see my profile but when i click re-sync on the support tab it does not seem to update in game. I want my Cerberus Harrier again!
Mass Effect 3 (2012) crash as soon as menu shows.
Since yesterday I have the problem again that after I launch the game it crashes as soon as the main menu starts showing. Afterwards the EA app reports 'Failed to launch the game. An Error on our end caused the launch to fail.' Is there a problem with the EA servers again or something to do with my account? Note: I have already ran a full repair of the game.
Mass Effect 2 PS3 error in the Omega transport zone
I'm playing the PS3 version of Mass Effect 2. When I'm in Omega, after talking to the mercenaries and going to the transport location to start Archangel's mission, it gets stuck on the loading screen and corrupts the save data. I already have one save before the error and I'm trying to log in with that one and some new ones. Does anyone know how I can avoid this? I know I can just not go for it and continue playing, but I wanted all my teammates...
Red and blue dots Problem
I've noticed that red and blue dots flicker while playing, mainly during cutscenes (only in the Mass Effect Legendary Edition). I solved the problem by manually disabling depth of field in the "GamerSettings.ini" file. Has anyone found a solution that fixes this issue without editing the configuration file?
Languages available in ME:LE redeemed code
Hello, if I buy and redeem region free code in EAapp for ME:LE what languages will be available for me? The keys traders pages say its only english, but I dont understand why it would be only english if the games page in ea store says it have many languages including mine? Maybe anyone bought it by code and can tell will it have language according to your account or only english?
Achievments not unlocked
Hallo After years I decided to complete the last achievements of ME on Steam. After my great effort, the achievement Insanity 3 did not unlock. Although I finished the game on the highest difficulty. The previous two unlocked normally. The same with ME1 majority of the game. Also everything is completed. Please, what about this? How can I request a fix? I spent dozens of hours on it and then some bug prevents me from doing it

ME3 Camera shake bs
Is there anyway at all to * off that super annoying camera shake in Mass 3? Its like you're a * drunk with 1 leg when you shoot anything especially the snipers and my god that * give me a headache. Ive edited the files, deleted and shake effects, set weapon recoil to zero literally tried everything and nothing helps bar using the weaker weapons but that's literally no fun. Why was this even added let alone carried over into LE...Help. Run ME1 via EA Launcher needs Admin Privileges but won't run.
I download and launch ME1 from the EA Launcher "This game requires administrative privileges. do you want to grant access and launch the game" I click "OK" "Failed to launch game. An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later" I tried running the EA launcher with Admin privileges. I tried running MassEffect.exe as administrator. I've tried repair. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. I've tried repair. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. Nothing works. Always the same message. I DID NOT buy it from Steam but from EA (actually Bioware ages ago) Thanks
Mass Effect 1 2007 CD-Ver
Hello, I've been tinkering with an old Pentium 4 machine these last days and wanted to install my Mass Effect 1 CD-ver game on it (Running WinXP, 32-bit). The problem i'm having is when I try to launch the game, it gives an error message saying: "The game can not start. The game needs access to the internet in order to verify ownership of this game. Please ensure that your computer is online and try again" I know for a fact that it is connected to the internet and there is a stable connection, so my only conclusion is that the EA/ME servers for verification has been taken offline. Is there no way to get this game to work on an old XP 32-bit machine? As far as I know support for EA APP/Origin for 32-bit systems has ended, which also makes it impossible to buy through that storefront. Now I know I could just install a 64-bit system, but i'm trying to run it on legacy hardware. Any way to solve the connection/verify issue without having to upgrade to 64-bit?
Achievement not unlocking
I'm playing MELE on PC. Trying to unlock all achievements. The Incineration specialist achievement is marked as 25/25 in game, but is not marked as complete. I play as Infiltrator, so I use incineration a lot. I've even placed squad mates in cover away from battle to make sure they don't interfere with me burning enemy armor. I've tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and restarting my computer, but there has been no changes to the achievement progress. What can I do to unlock this broken achievement?
