Mass Effect Andromeda "You are not allowed access to online features"
Yes, another one of these. After spending many hours over multiple days discussing this issue with both EA and Steam support I was finally told to just report my issue here. In short, you have probably heard this one before. When I boot up Mass Effect Andromeda it greets me with the error message "You are not allowed to access the online features of this game". After following the steps outlined in this ( [PC] Mass Effect Online Access Error in Multiplayer Mode | EA Forums - 9200656 ) forum post to no avail I contacted the EA support for the first time. Over the course of a few hours with multiple support agents attempting to help the end result was, that their internal system does not recognize me owning the game in the first place. They instructed me to reach out to Steam support since I had bought the game through them and ask for "the specifics of the purchase" (The automatic translation making it quite difficult to actually follow what exactly they were trying to tell me by the way). So I did just that, with the Steam Support getting back to me after two days stating that on their end all is fine, I own the game and it is registered in their system. Great, back to EA support I was sent. I explained my issue for what felt like the 100th time and eventually the support agent figured out that yes, indeed, their system does not recognize any ownership on my account of a product key regarding Mass Effect Andromeda. After telling me that they would help me if they could, they said they would report it to their internal team and sent me here to report my issue once more, hence this post. I have seen multiple posts about this reaching back many years. Some are marked as resolved, others aren't. Lets see my luck
mass effect mission repetition
hello so i have this problem in mass effect 2 where i go to save the archangel and he gets shot by a plane. after defeating the plane the mission ends and the game just exits to its mass effect legendary edition again and again due to which im kinda stuck on this missionGil Brodie romance
Sorry to bother you all but I have a question, about Gil romance, I am currently playing the game and romancing him, I have completed the mission where you meet Jill in Eos, I unblocked this mission after the mission hunting the archon. I want to obtain the scene in the Pathfinder’s bedroom, but I cannot obtain it. How can I do that? Do I have to complete the game to obtain that kind of cutscene?
Mass Effect Legendary Edition on ps4 controller issue
I have just started the prelude of Mass Effect 1 on the PS4 and my PS4 controller has locked up on multiple occasions. I either end up running into a wall and stopping, or the controller completely locks up and I have to turn the PS4 power off to reset the whole system to have the controller work again. Is there any fix for this issue or should I contact PSN and try and get my money back?
Mass Effect 2 begins to launch but then just shuts down
Good evening, I have tried to open my ME2 but cannot get the game to continue. once i "press any key to continue" it just shuts done and gave me the following message in the EA App, "an error on our end caused the lauch to fail. try again a little later". i have clear cache, repaired, uninstalled and re installed, try to open it in steam. nothing works please advise.
[Xbox] Mass Effect Disc Error EA Play Required
EA_Shepard im having this exact issue. I put disc two in when prompted and nothing happens. Eventually it just tells me I need to reup my EA subscription. I own the disc… or it tells me that the disc is dirty, or it tells me that I need to be online to play, or it prompts a large update which never fully installs. I purchased the game brand new. I don’t understand why it’s such a challenge to play it. I’ve spent hours troubleshooting.
Asari Adept Skill Points Missing In Multiplayer Bug
Hi Guys, I would like to report a bug in mass effect andromeda multiplayer for the asari adept character Rank XX. I only have 21 skill points when I should have 25 skill points at level 1. I have a confirmed database synchronization error on my account. My Asari Adept character is Rank XX, but the server is only granting me 78 available skill points instead of the 82 I am entitled to at Level 20.I have already performed a Character Level Reset and used a Respec Card, but the point calculation is stuck. Since this is a server-side entitlement issue, can you please perform a manual account sync or a content re-grant for my multiplayer profile to refresh the Rank XX skill point flag? I'm having the same issues. the EA launcher will not load mass effect Andromeda or jedi fallen order.they both worked great until about a week ago and now it goes into the launcher the steam deck logo spins around for a few minutes and then goes back to the start or goes back to a black screen . I have uninstalled it and installed it a few times .no change. it's getting really annoying because I was just getting into mass effect.can anyone help pleaseEA says that my ME:LE is the wrong version
So I've just downloaded Mass Effect Legendary Edition from steam because of the sale. I've been trying to get it to play, but every time EA says the version is out of date and the steam version needs to be uninstalled. Great, so I uninstall the steam version. Uh oh, now it says that I need to download the steam version and uninstall the EA version. The things is that even though it shows the ME:LE in my library. It doesn't offer me the option to uninstall. The download button is completely greyed out. Solutions? Nothing so far! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling EA app and Steam. I've tried fixing the game files. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the ME:LE several times. I've tried running EA.desktop and EA.launcher as admins in addition to running the ME:LE.launcher as admin. I've tried opening the ME:LE launcher. I've done troubleshooting on EA and I did cache clearing on EA. Nothing has worked so far. I just want to play my game :( Any help is greatly appreciated!
