MEA Connection Error on PS5
Hi, here's the problem: I wanted to finally finish Mass Effect Andromeda after a long time and started a new run. Now I wanted to start the Strike Team missions, but my game can't connect. I have already disconnected my EA account and my PSN account and linked them again. But no improvement at all.

I can't get this achievement. ''Top Talent''. I play on the steam platform. I had leveled my attacking team to level 20 before but I couldn't get the achievement. So I threw away the team I had and started leveling up from 0 again, but I still couldn't get the achievement. In order to find a solution, I looked into the topics opened by other players on the internet who had the same problem. However, I could not achieve this success. This is starting to bother me, please help. I deleted the game completely and reinstalled it. I also tried the methods you suggested to other players.
ME1 Krogan heavy armor gun glitch?
Whenever you equip Wrex with any heavy armor the guns on the back aren't visible and clip into the armor and the pistol on the side does also. Is this something present in the original game or is it an actual problem, and are others able to reproduce it in their game or not?
Unable To Launch Mass Effect 3 in The EA app
Hi I bought ME3 a few months ago on steam. It played fine for 3.5 hrs. Then got a msg saying I need to load the app and if I had I needed to relink it. I have it but there's no option to re link it. The error msg no longer comes up and the game just doesn't launch.
Have tried everything. Freezing up ME2 Legendary Xbox one
I am on Xbox one and playing legendary edition. The game freezes every time I get to the Okeer mission. Googled the issue and tried everything. I have tried playing this game on multiple save files and I have gotten everything completed up to the Okeer mission. The game freezes going under or up the bridge right before finding Okeer. It’s got the loading reticle in the bottom right and instantly freezes. I’ve tried changing from favoring resolution to favoring frame rate. I’ve tried turning auto save off and dialogue off. I tried uninstalling the legendary edition and reinstalling. The game will not let me advance. Does anyone know how to fix this? I pay for EA Play and game pass and this major game will not work for me.ME3 LE PC crash after clicking resume or start on homescreen
I have played through the legendary edition before already. This playthrough I got to the very end of the game right before starting the final 2 missions, and I was in the citadel dlc about to start the part. The night prior my game was a little slow but nothing crazy. Now once i hit the main menu my game crashes if i click resume or start me3. My other games play just fine its just me3 crashing. I have verified the steam game integrity, uninstalled norton antivirus, deleted and redownloaded the game, updated my graphics drivers. Nothing has worked.
Can't load Mass Effect Legendary Edition on Steam
As the title. Bought it a while ago, but just went to play it for the first time today, and couldn't get it to load at all. It's through Steam, and I'm running Windows 11, the newest update (24H2) and have a pretty new and decent computer. Would love to get some help to get the game going on my computer, or, failing that, a refund for my purchase.
Mass Effect 1 Legendary Edition freezing in the Citadel lower market
I'm in the late game, about to go to Virmire. I have the assignment from the Citadel medic to go talk to her blackmailer in the lower market. However, I can't get down there because whenever I get close to accessing the lower market from any direction, the game freezes. Previously, it would freeze so hard it took my PC with it, but after changing from Nvidia game ready drivers to studio drivers (because I'm streaming it), it just freezes the game. So drivers were apparently PART of my problem, but not ALL of it. I've also done a file repair in the EA app. If there are any potential solutions to this, I'm all ears. Granted, this isn't absolutely necessary to finish the game (I think, this is my first playthrough), but that still cuts me off from a couple of assignments as well as a couple of shops.We Could Not Activate Mass Effect 3 (2012 Edition) Error
Hello everyone. I recently bought Mass effect 3 and I cannot launch it. I tried every method which I could find online. I bought the game in EA store. I posted an image with this assist request, that is the error message what I got when I try to launch the game. I'm aware of the usual fix, I already talked with someone from EA to help solve the problem but we couldn't. I went to: %ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services , and found the 71183.dlf file, copied the whole folder to the desktop, deleted it, tried everything to solve it with this method but no matter what I tried I always got the very same error message. I own the game in the EA. I tried downloading it without the DLC-s too, haven't fixed anything, tried launching it in Administrator setting, restart the computer and loging out of EA then loging back and launching it and all of these methods combined. Nothing seemed to fix the issue, the game still doesn't wish to launch. I even tried to give it my production key for the game but the window says I'm offline, which is not the case. So I do not know which step to take.Pre-rendered cutscenes play in slow motion (4-12 fps, PC)
Hello, I just finished ME1 and all of the pre recorded cutscenes played in slow motion (4-12 fps) while the audio plays at normal speed (audio and video are not in sync). Quite often I would be back in game before the cutscene has the opportunity to play till the end. For example, in the final fight against Sovereign, the cutscene of the alliance ships attacking the Sovereign ship would play in slow motion, the cutscene would end abruptly, I would be dead, and have the option to load a save. Its my first time playing the game so I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. But after 6 or 7 attempts I realized that my Shepard was just dying while the cutscene continued to play. On my 6th or 7th attempt the cutscene ended just before my shepard's health went to zero and I was able to recover and end the game. I kept spamming spacebar to skip the cutscene in my final attempt but im not sure if that had anything to do with me making it back to the fight on time or not. I watched some youtube videos of the cutscenes to confirm that my cutscenes actually played in slow motion. I booted up ME2 hoping the cutscene issue was limited to ME1 but the issue persists and I really don't want to play this entire trilogy with unwatchable cutscenes. I'm playing this on a Macbook Pro 2017 15inch (Bootcamp/Windows) with a 5700XT eGPU. FPS in game is consistently in the triple digits, its just the (seemingly prerecorded) cutscenes that are buggy. I have updated to the latest available AMD drivers. Any assistance with a workaround or a bug fix would be very much appreciated!CRASH - ME3 LE Eden Prime
My LE ME3 keeps crashing on Eden prime, just as i walk past the dig site view to the elevator i lag completely and crash(the sound keeps playing and the app is still running but i crash to desktop). Already tried repairing game in origin, restarting mission, and even loading an earlier save and doing Turian primarch mission first. Also tried bringing different squadmates. Right now i cant get past this.
Mass Effect 3 LE PS4 dialogue wheel/bottom of screen cut off
ME1 and ME2 were both fine but as soon as I started ME3 I immediately noticed the entire bottom half of the dialogue wheel was cut off. I can’t read any text on the lower part of the wheel. After some quick research it seems this has been a well documented problem since launch and STILL hasn’t been fixed nearly 2 years later. While it seems to be fixable by turning off overscan/enabling 1:1 aspect ratio in your tv settings, I am using an old tv that has a very trivial menu and am unable to change it… and yes I’ve fiddled with display area, resolution, etc. don’t bother. I’m not really looking for an answer because I don’t expect to find one other than just buy a new tv (I’m still open to ideas though) but it’s pathetic that such a glaringly obvious bug (game breaking, even) has gone unchanged for 2 years. Get your crap together BioWare.[Steam] Game is Not Validating File When Launching
So I've been trying to fix this for 3 days now, or maybe 4 idk. point is every time i try to launch MELE through steam it just doesn't launch. it verifies the integrity of the files and then..... nothing. I've tried multiple solutions from reinstalling at least 4 separate times now, to moving the install location of steam, the EA app, and MELE all to the same drive (thanks EA btw for not letting me choose where to install the app really making gamers feel like we're the last people you think about when using any of your products) none of which have worked. Only thing I haven't tried is using a different network which like, my network has a very good connection I don't see what the problem would be there. All I ever get when I try to launch is just the EA app saying it's "preparing game..." and then steam validates the game files and.... nothing. When steam gets to 100% on the file validation it stops and the game doesn't launch. then i try to launch the game again and the exact same thing happens. Any help would be appreciated maybe even oh idk EA and every other game company not trying to make its own launcher that you HAVE to use even when you buy on steam so that these problems can stop happening. ahh but that's an idealistic world that won't happen until EA pulls its head out of its investors * and starts being an actually good company again.Steam License Invalid - Unable to play 'Mass Effect Legendary Edition'
Hi, I'm having an issue launching Mass Effect Legendary Edition through Steam. Every time I try to start the game, I get an error saying my game license is invalid. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Restarting my PC and Steam Logging out and back into both Steam and the EA app Running both Steam and the EA app as an administrator Verifying game files through Steam Uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app Reinstalling Mass Effect Legendary Edition (3x) Checked for Directx Updates - fully installed these C++ Redistributable fully checked and installed Nothing has worked, and I keep getting the same license error. I own the game on Steam, account is properly linked to EA. I've seen others with similar issues, but no clear fix. Steam has already confirmed my licenses are valid, but EA doesn’t seem to recognize them. Can EA_David or EA_Barry assist with this? I’d appreciate any help or guidance! Hello everyone. As the title says I'm interested in buying the Mass effect Legendary edition. I was contemplating getting it on Steam but heard it still requires the EA app to launch and wanted input from those that have used it. Is the app really that bad and is it better to buy the game on the EA app or through Steam? I did ask a similar question on Steam but one user that responded was quite biased against anyone spreading "misinformation" "drivel" or the like for giving ear to anyone complaining about the EA app. If this is available on Playstation 5 I might just get it that way. Anyway thanks for any and all help.
