Mass Effect Andromeda multiplayer button does nothing
I can't play multiplayer. When I press "multiplayer" button it plays sound of pushing the button, but nothing happened. Then after about a minute I have a connection error: Connection is lost my account goes offline. Then I press "multiplayer" button again and connection turns on and is ok, my account is online, and that's all, then the loop starts again. I herd from forums that re-enable entitlements for my ME Andromeda could help. But support gay says that he did that, and the problem still here. Needles to say that my ME 3 works well, no issues, just it's should. Some more information, maybe, just maybe, it depends: this account has no progress at all, never launched a single player and never make to the Apex terminal. What can I do?
Mass Effect 3 (2012) No Multiplayer DLC?
EA_Shepard hey there, I reached out to support and they were not able to help me at all with this problem. I have Mass Effect 3 (2012) on PC through the EA app and can even login to multiplayer but none of the multiplayer DLC is available under manage add-ons. Without these DLC I cannot play with the other players who do, how can I see/find these DLC so I can install them and play online?PC No Longer Sync'ing Cloud Save
I play ME:L on desktop and Steam Deck. About 5 days ago I noticed my Steam Deck was no longer seeing the latest save. It appears as though my PC will no longer sync any cloud saves. I have backed up the saves, completely uninstalled from Steam, along with the EA app, and then did a completely fresh install. EA app is logged in and when I start ME:L on my PC I get no save files. If I manually drop them into the directory I can play the saves, but never get any notification from EA app about sync conficts. It like cloud sync is completely disabled/not working on the PC. I would've expected the fresh install to download the last save from the cloud but I ended up with nothing. Any thought?
Controller Not Working with MELE on Steam
I bought this game on sale on EA Play and trying to get a controller work. I tried PS5 Dual Sense Edge, Wireless, Wired and nothing works at all, I press a button to try and select what game i want to play and nothing works I tried with a regular ps5 controller too, same result Am i doing something wrong? ME Legendary on EA App will not recognize a controller
Hello, I have repaired the game, tried running it as a non Steam game through Steam, tried a wired and bluetooth controller, tried using KB+M until in the games main menu, enabled and disabled the EA overlay, confirmed the controller works on other games, tried a different controller, tried DS4 windows, closing Steam from the task manager and closing DS4 windows from the task manager, every troubleshooting guide online I could find, I tried. The game will not accept any input from a controller. What further solutions are there? Or should I just give up on this franchise? Thank you.
ME: LE Mass Effect 3 Freezes and Crashes
Hey everyone, I need some help with Mass Effect 3 in the Legendary Edition. I had this issue 3 days ago when I decided to redownload the game to finally finish ME3 after having it uninstalled for several months. But when I click start a new game or do anything, the game freezes and crashes. ME1 and ME2 have no issues at all. I’ve tried uninstalling and redownloading it, as well as disabling Steam Overlay in game, but it still didn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions? I really want to play this game so badly.
