Cloud sync not working

I want to know if the EA team is currently working on a fix, or plans to do so, so I know whether I should wait or contact Steam Play Support.Missing Online Access Mass Effect Andromeda
As the title says I am missing online access for ME: Andromeda. I have tried numerous times to get in contact with support but it keeps saying "This issue isn't supported by advisors" or I sit and wait for hours with no one connecting to the chat. Missing Online Access Mass Effect: Andromeda
So I've contacted support and they keep abandoning me. Ok so I have owned Andromeda since it released on PS4 years later I bought it on PC. EA APP to be exact. Well my dad bought the game and wanted me to play. But I am on linux now and so I had to buy it again on steam. I could play one match then it kept disconnecting me I close the game relaunch and I get the message in Screenshot (1). So I thought hmm ok I refunded the game so to not lose money. I then set up lutris on linux. To run ea app and download the game. I get the same message. So today I set up dual boot and put windows on another drive. Download the game load in and same message. So I follow all the troubleshooting nothing has helped. so I contact live support. well the first guy within a just a few minutes of asking me for a screenshot left. I had problems with windows I would screenshot but it wouldn't go to the screenshot folder. I get that resolved and start a new chat. this time the guy says I'll transfer you and ghosted me I was patient I even went and watched a youtube video and waited no response. so I start another chat and he transfers me immediately. now I'm here. as the title suggests, i am unable to access the online services in game. Seeing this is a mass issue & many have been able to have it fixed, i’m hoping for some help with this, cheers. I am unable to create a case with ea support & the live chat function yields similar results, i have tried all possible troubleshoot methods from the other forum posts regarding the same issue. Mass Effect Legendary Edition Steam License Block - You Don't Have Access Loop
My account has a backend entitlement/license conflict. I originally played the game via an Xbox Game Pass / EA Play subscription, which has now officially expired. I then bought a permanent retail copy directly on Steam and did a 100% clean reinstall. My EA App says "Standard Edition accessed through Steam." However, the EA server is prioritizing the old expired subscription ticket instead of reading my active, valid Steam purchase ticket. Local troubleshooting is already done: I have re-linked accounts, reinstalled the game/EA App, and fully wiped all local AppData, ProgramData, and Windows credential caches. Anyone bump into the same issue? Anyone from EA that can help?Bugged intro mission. Unplayable. No mods
Ok. I am new to Mass Effect. I bought Legendary Edition thinking I would enjoy it. I can't get through Eden Prime. When Jenkins gets ambushed, I fight the three drones, I destroy them, then nothing. I can't activate him to investigate and I can't get the cutscene to talk to the other guy. I tried getting through it with console commands, even advancing all the way through to getting back to the Normandy. I can't activate Joker and combat music is still playing. I started the game over on a new save. No mods. Same result. I uninstalled the game completely through steam, deleted the BioWare folder in My Documents, turned off cloud save, and made sure all files were deleted during the uninstall. Rebooted the computer, reinstalled through steam. Same results. It shouldn't, but when I restarted the game after reinstalling, it still said "resume and start" on the ME1 icon, like it found a save somewhere. EA makes it impossible to contact them directly for help. **bleep** useless. Does anyone know how to fix this? I am about to go back to Starfield. Thanks in advance. Mike
ME Andromeda Multiplayer Issues
Hello. I'm having trouble to start multiplayer because when I tap on it in mane menu nothing happens. I just hear sound of the button tapped and that's all. In single player when I what to start missions from the table my game just crashes. I'm playing on Xbox series X via game pass. I tried all troubleshooting methods and nothing works. Need help. I play ME:L on desktop and Steam Deck. About 5 days ago I noticed my Steam Deck was no longer seeing the latest save. It appears as though my PC will no longer sync any cloud saves. I have backed up the saves, completely uninstalled from Steam, along with the EA app, and then did a completely fresh install. EA app is logged in and when I start ME:L on my PC I get no save files. If I manually drop them into the directory I can play the saves, but never get any notification from EA app about sync conficts. It like cloud sync is completely disabled/not working on the PC. I would've expected the fresh install to download the last save from the cloud but I ended up with nothing. Any thought?
Mass Effect: Andromeda - Insufficient Space, 3.00 MB Required
Xbox One issue, Mass Effect: Andromeda says there’s insufficient space for a save, when it tries to save automatically and when I try to save manually. Says it needs 3 MB of space. Console has plenty of space on it. Tried freeing up more space to be sure, so there’s definitely not a space issue. I’ve read a lot, suggesting restarting the console, reinstalling the game. I’ll admit to not having reinstalled the game yet, but I did try the restarting the console solution, to no avail. I’ll try reinstalling the game, but I don’t see that as possibly being an issue since that should only help with corrupted files and there’s no situation I can think of where a file got changed outside of an update (which didn’t happen). Game version 1.12. Anyone attempting to help out, I’d be curious to know your save data size, mine is 251 MB, which is the highest of all my games and I’m wondering if it maybe hit some artificial limit on storage space, but I can’t get an answer from Microsoft on whether that is the limit. All I get from Microsoft is that there is a limit, but no one wants to share what the limit is. I have followed all help tips I have seen online and reached out to support. I said at one point I had an EA play subscription and they asked for the dates when I had it. This was years ago so I don't know. I asked how to confirm and they said check your email and ended the chat with me. After 3 hours of trouble shooting I finally get someone to talk to and when I ask how to get the information for them they end the chat. This is an infuriating experience as all I want to do is play a game I purchased. I bought ME3 through steam last night. Getting the authorization dlc error, got rid of all single player dlc to get rid of the error. Tried clearing temp files, moving liscense to the desktop and deleting it, and i have cleared cache on the EA app. Reinstalled the game twice. All the forums say to reach out to support but then for them to just "hang up" on me is ridiculous. Please can someone help me.
MEA Wont save
MEA at startup gave me a notice "my cloud saves are corrupt.". . I look, and all my saves are missing. I just played a couple of days ago, and it was fine. Now All It wants to do is staRT A NEW GAme. So I Start New Game, it plays fine. Then it Kicks me back to the main menu screen and wants to start a new game. NO SAVES AGAIN!. Andromeda won't save the game and lost all my saves. Mass Effect 2 Save Files
Hello! Is there a way to restore my ME2 save file? I finished the game a long time ago, and now I have no save backed up on my PC. I played a Steam version, and there is no save on cloud either. But it should be on EA servers, right? But I just can't find a way to restore it. Please help!
