ME3 MP "Your connection to the game has been lost" bug (PC)
Long term issue, that I and others have posted on previously. But thought I'd take one last crack at it ... Whenever the host drops (from either in-match or in-lobby), my player is dropped from the match/lobby with the message "your connection to the game has been lost". See attached pic. Every time (AFAIK). Very frustrating, especially when wave 10 or 11. As opposed to having a chance to wait for a new host to be assigned, I'm dropped. Is there any known solution for this? More relevant detail: I have multiple PC accounts. My main (this profile) is old (pre-2018). This older account works fine (no drops). All the rest are post-2018 created. ALL these newer accounts suffer from the drop bug. I've tried on my desktop and laptop PC's. No difference in behavior. The old account works on all of them. To me, this says it is not a PC issue. It is a newer account issue. All bought through Origin/EA, none are Steam. I will note that some friends bought the game recently (same time as some of my newer accounts) and some have the problem, some don't. Mass Effect Crashes With Cloud Sync
I bought mass effect and was having a blast without any crashes, lags, stutter, and 1% low was 50 fps. I travel to asteroid x57 for a side mission. I rescue the hostages and the game crashes. I restart the game and the game loads... to only crashed again... and again... and again... I tried loading a save before the mission, it didn't matter. I tried deleting local saves and uninstall the game. I reinstalled the game and it crashed while i was making a new character.... again... and again... and again. I had the same issue when I had origin it worked.... for some odd reason... it doesn't work with ea... i know... weird right? if only there was a way to DELETE cloud saves.... I uninstalled the game and ea. I dusted off my xbox 360 and my mass effect collection. thankfully all the games i own on ea, i have hard copies of on my xbox 360. thank you ea for recommending me to not buy anymore games from you, to uninstall it, share all my bad experiences with other people and to recommend other platforms. cheers (cm edit - updated thread title for vis.)
Mass Effect 3 Online Pass Error
Hey, can't seem to get multiplayer to work, I'm using the EA app on PC. I see all these threads about the online pass and I've tried to follow the advice in them but I'm having no luck. Mass Effect Andromeda: Missing Online Access
Trying to playing Mass Effect Andromeda, every time I launch the game it shows that I'm Missing Online Access. I bought the game through Steam and don't know if that effects it or not. At the time of posting this, I'm in contact for EA support, but it hasn't been of much help. I'm kinda out of ideasUnable To Load Data on N7 HQ Page
Is anyone else having problems accessing the N7 HQ page? In Firefox I get "Http/1.1 Service Unavailable". In Edge I get: "Hmmm… can't reach this page The connection was reset." If I wait long enough, it does eventually let me log in, but it is otherwise really, really, slow. Thanks.
Mass Effect Andromeda "You are not allowed access to online features"
Yes, another one of these. After spending many hours over multiple days discussing this issue with both EA and Steam support I was finally told to just report my issue here. In short, you have probably heard this one before. When I boot up Mass Effect Andromeda it greets me with the error message "You are not allowed to access the online features of this game". After following the steps outlined in this ( [PC] Mass Effect Online Access Error in Multiplayer Mode | EA Forums - 9200656 ) forum post to no avail I contacted the EA support for the first time. Over the course of a few hours with multiple support agents attempting to help the end result was, that their internal system does not recognize me owning the game in the first place. They instructed me to reach out to Steam support since I had bought the game through them and ask for "the specifics of the purchase" (The automatic translation making it quite difficult to actually follow what exactly they were trying to tell me by the way). So I did just that, with the Steam Support getting back to me after two days stating that on their end all is fine, I own the game and it is registered in their system. Great, back to EA support I was sent. I explained my issue for what felt like the 100th time and eventually the support agent figured out that yes, indeed, their system does not recognize any ownership on my account of a product key regarding Mass Effect Andromeda. After telling me that they would help me if they could, they said they would report it to their internal team and sent me here to report my issue once more, hence this post. I have seen multiple posts about this reaching back many years. Some are marked as resolved, others aren't. Lets see my luck
N7HQ NOT LINKING TO MY PROFILE
Hello everyone, I'm playing mass effect 3 on Playstation 3 and I tried to login on N7HQ. I logged with my Playstation account and it has been connected with my origin account but doesn't detect any Mass Effect Profile. N7HQ site is pretty bugged, if I try to re-syncro profiles I got redirected to main page. I can't do nothing. Hope someone can help me.
ME:LE 3 won't launch
Hi! I've tried just about everything so as a last resort i'm gonna ask help from here. Two things of note: i'm playing on pc and my game is on an external hard drive. Been playing for a long time, and haven't had many issues before. About a week ago my ME:LE just deleted itself from Steam, saying it wasn't installed anymore. Installed it again and went to play as normal, but the game wouldn't launch. The launcher itself works fine, but when i try to load the last save, it lags and crashes at the loading screen, taking me back to the launcher. I'm currently playing ME3, and it seems like the problem is with that game specifically, because i tried starting new ME1 and 2 saves and there were no problems with either of them. What i have tried so far: deleted the game and installed it again (multiple times) updates my graphics cards moved it to my computers internal drive tried launching it straight from the .exe file verified the game files (multiple times) cleared EA app's cache Tried basically everything that came up when googling this problem. If there is anyone who could help with this i'd be very grateful.
Multiplayer DLCs do not appear to download ME3
I can't find them anywhere. I bought the standard classic 2012 version of Mass Effect 3, and there is no MP DLC able to download on EA App neither on game, here is a hidden page on EA website to download all DLC from ME1 and ME2, but no for ME3. What can i do?
