Mass Effect Legendary Edition crashes at splash screen
I have tried a lot of things to get any of my LE ME games to launch and to no avail. I can enter the launcher just fine, but I cannot load into any of the actual games and experience a crash at the splash screen into a black screen. I seem to remember something being wrong with a cloud save before it happened, but I am not exactly sure. Would appreciate some help finally getting things working again
ME1 not launching
so not too long ago, I got ME:LE on steam. I downloaded it just fine, installed and logged into the EA app just fine, and the launcher itself boots up no problem. My issue is that when I go to click on ME1, it will just load up a bank black window and a splash screen that covers everything on my screen unless I just close that window. Task manager shows literally everything is running except for the masseffect.exe program, which it shows it's not responding. I can't even go to close this blank window unless I force stop it through task manager. I've tried setting a few things to be run as administrator, per the instructions of another user who was having this issue 2 years ago. Nothing is working. I am at my wits end here, I need help. I should be able to play a game that I bought, feels like a major waste of money just sitting there.
[PC] – Mass Effect 3 multiplayer suddenly crashes
I had no issues with the game until the latest Origin update. Now it crashes randomly with no warning. I play multiplayer and everything reacts well - the enemies, my character, no lag at all. Literally no problem. Then after a few rounds, the game freezes up and almost immediately crashes to desktop without showing any errors. I can even start the game right away as if nothing happened. So far, I did the following: - restarted my PC - checked NVIDIA Geforce Experience, just in case. No problems there, everything's up to date and optimized - checked the internet connection (though I doubt it could cause this type of problem) - repaired the game files through Origin It's honestly really frustrating, so any help at all will be deeply appreciated. DxDiag included, hopefully it will be useful.
Andromeda multiplayer "you have lost your connection to the session" (PC)
So I have been playing Andromeda for quite some time, but now that I tried to join multiplayer i got the error "you have lost you connection to the game session". it pops up more than 80% of the time. I might only play a game or two in 3 hours because its almost impossible to join a game, and no one would be able to enter if I host. very few times I get to join a lobby, but most of the time the error appears and kicks me out of the lobby. Is there any way to fix this issue ? thanks in advance !
Mass Effect 3 - Online Game Pass
Hello, I wanted to see if I could purchase ME3 through steam although I already own it on the EA app to see if i could play on a fresh account without any multiplayer progress, and it did not work. After getting rid of the steam version, I can no longer play the multiplayer! I have tried reinstalling, changing the drive, and repairing the game to no avail. The game always says that I do not have an online pass and cannot access the online functions. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

ME2 Legendary eddition all DLCs black screen after prologue
Hello everyone, I am getting a black screen right after the initial prologue where Normandy exploded, after that there is a logo of ME2 and immediatelly after that ME2 Genesis DLC launches and black screen happens. I can only see the Shepard: NON-TLK and afterwards the decission circle but nothing around it. I cannot press anything and I have to do a "hard" exit and shut down of the game. I have purchased this gave through Steam and installed it there as well with all DLCs. Do You know how to fix this? Many thanks for Your help!
Mass Effect collection and Legendary Edition removed from library
Why was my Mass effect Collection edition with all the dlc's and Legendary edition was removed from my library? and if i want them back to contact game hub. god I hate that this kinda thing happens so I have like 1000 hours in the ME 3 multiplayer, so this game was working. but several days ago, the game started crashing to desktop about 2 seconds after it connects to servers and checks the dlc. the audio skips, the screen freezes for a second, and then boom, crash to desktop. I have tried repairing the game. I have uninstalled it, deleted the folder, redownloaded and installed. I have run the ea app updater. I cannot get this game to work anymore. I am at my wits end and im honestly so upset rn. I am a HUGE mass effect fan i bought a brand new laptop so i could play the legendary edition i bought through steam. I have tried EVERYTHING to be able to play it. I even tried downlaoding alternative routes to launch the game. the rest of my steam games work just fine except for my EA games that are forced to run through the app. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME. I even tried to support an error report and the error report got an error. My friend had to make one for me. I dont understand why i cant play my games and its really upsetting to me. please please help me. Every time i try to launche the game, it says error to launch please try again later.
