Re: Why didn't I get the achievement for finishing ME2?

Hey, so, it's been a month, and I'm still missing the following achievements:

• Mission Accomplished (ME2)
• Against All Odds (ME2)
• No One Left Behind (ME2)
• Patriot (ME3)
• Legend (ME3)
• Last Resort (ME3)
• The One and Only (ME3)
• Insanity II
• Insanity III
• Long Service Medal

I have finished ME2 twice on insanity mode, and I'm almost done with my second playthrough of the trilogy with the same character. I am still using the firewall trick which got other achievements to pop but these ones seem insistent on remaining locked no matter how many times I finish each game. Any help?
