No matter what happens, I did all of EA and Sonys recommendations. I even purchased another copy of madden and redownloaded it on my Ps5. Nothing. Still crashes. I’ve done WVERYTHING. Including deleting it, safe mode, rebuild database, erase cloud, redownloaded, delete, turn off internet, factory setting, reset entire Ps5, changed display settings. Nothing.
Step by step what you did is exactly what i did except on ps4. I haven't been able to play a full game since the beginning of October
lol same. This game is so bad. year after year its one problem after another. I can't make it past 4 or 5 season in a franchise without the file corrupting. no other sport franchise has ever had this issue. Madden needs to hire game testers. This game stays buggy and then they make updates to fix one bug and create 2 more. Brutal output over recent years.

Hell I can't even open franchise anymore. If I start an offline franchise, quit then try and go back to it, just opening the franchise section causes the game to crash and turn off.

Same here. Only my issue with the Stadia version. Crashes within seconds of selecting franchise mode. Worked fine for maybe four days after purchase and hasn't worked since. I miss you Jevonte Williams!!! (I've had to use 21 for like two weeks now. Why did I pay for this?? WE WANT A REFUND IF NO FRANCHISE MODE YO!

Hey there, sorry to her about the trouble you're having with it on Stadia.
What's your setup like for Stadia? If you're playing on Chrome is it the latest version and does your PC have all updates installed?
It just started crashing on me I just got it 2 weeks ago and im in my second season. Week 8 or 9 half the time I play the ravens and it will freeze on loading screen other half I end up playing myself in Baltimore's stadium
Yes mines have in the exact same way
I would get into my third season into the playoffs and right after the first playoff game I would leave and in the loading screen it would crash

So, EA tech support did acknowledge there is an issue with franchise mode crashes on stadia. I have 1 gb running to my house and have zero problems with anything on Stadia or any other system except Madden 22 franchise mode on Stadia. I did once delete all my franchise mode saves and it did not work since.... The Madden memorial page update also happened the day it stopped working... Could either be related?
If Madden 22 franchise mode on stadia is fixed, I will gladly rebuy the game. Please advise. Thank you.
I have had this same issue for the last 2 weeks, on Series X. I can't choose ANY game mode, they all crash the game within seconds of selecting them. This game was a complete waste of money.

This ridiculous I have madden 22 on series x and every time on the 7th year the file corrupts and I can’t go in anymore. This is the worst it’s ever been. I’ve been playing madden since the first on and this is by far the worst game I’ve ever played. They won’t fix it. Maybe we need to petition for 2k to come back and this is bad because I’ve supported madden throughout all the years.
I'm having this same problem, I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the game as well as deleting all cached data for the game and nothing seems to work.
I'm now experiencing the crash in this thread after resolving the crash that you linked where madden would crash on any mode it is now crashing following what appears to be corrupted save files on my franchise mode. I've got to a point where I complete a game but it won't then be able to load me back to the franchise page following the game, it just stays stuck on the loading screen. There is also a bug prior to this game that I have relating to a RE: Perfect Chemistry action and when it loads the animation play through for the action of a discussion between two players one of the players is not generated and so appears to be talking to no one. The subsequent game following this where I have a challenge to achieve yards with that player then crashes following it's completion as stated above. Are any suggestions how to resolve?
On PC I get a crash after I try to simulate in game for Prime Events. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Origin. It works for like 5 mins then crashes again. Any tips?
