Re: madden 22 ultimate team access restricted

Just got back in from the weekend. This post was originally related to the server maintenance for Season 3 and if you're still getting a message where access is restricted it is likely related to an action on your EA account.

When actions are applied to accounts it's possible our staff will not be able to see the information they need immediately following it while it's being generated for your account details, however an email should have been sent to your account regarding it. If you do not see the email and still having trouble regaining access, please contact our Support team below so they can assist you.

If you know the details regarding a suspension or ban and feel it was done in error, please contact our Terms of Service team for assistance with that request.

    I am also having this same issue, never received a n email stating I was banned or suspended. (Yea I checked my junk box) I also talked to multiple customer service reps as well as getting an email from terms of service team and all say my account is in good standing…. So I’m confused as to why my ultimate team isn’t accessible

    At this point it seems like madden support is just as confused as me. Because nobody can provide me wit logical answers or a solution to the problem I am facing. As much money as people invest into this game, you would think the customer service department would be a little bit more kept together. If the issue isn’t resolved today I will be calling my bank and issuing a refund for all packs I have purchased since the game has came out (over $1000)

    having the exact same issue as you bro oh my goodness this is insane!!! you'd think they'd fix this quicker man.

    ive talked to multiple reps ive opened a case that says it'll take up to 10 days to try and get my game mode back possibly. but I haven't don't anything in the first place. Had literally played a game then got off. My ban history says I have No infractions

    and no I never received an email that stated I was banned at all or removed from playing a game mode or anything from ea. Nothing but support case emails that's it.
