Re: How to Obtain Mass Effect Citadel DLC?
"Citadel: Shore Leave" is a mission inside the "Citadel DLC".
All DLCs for ME3 (2012) are free by now and you should see it under the extra content tab of the game in EA app.
You can't find it there?

No Citadel DLC at all there, and it does not pop up on the EA app searches.
On the EA app, under ME3 > Manage Add-Ons, I can only find the following DLCs:
- Resurgence
- Omega
- Leviathan
- Groundside resistance pack
- From ashes
- Firefight pack
- Extended cut
- Raider AT-12 (promo item)
- Argus M-55 (promo item)
I am really looking forward to play this DLC
Please clear your temp files:
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
- Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
- Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
(If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)
Then:
- Go here and download "Revo Uninstaller". (The freeware version, Portable version works too.)
- Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall ME3.
- At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "Moderate" > Browse
- If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
- When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All > Delete
- Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall EA app.
- At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "Moderate" > Browse.
- If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
- When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All (Make sure the "Origin Games" folder is not in the list) > Delete.
- Restart the PC > Reinstall the newest version of EA app from here.
- Reinstall ME3. > Test.

@imanzanares Hey, I also logged into an account with the game and not the DLC and I can see that DLC in the list of options. When you check addons and the store, you see no option for it? Dear @holger1405 , as Shepard herself would say, that was one hell of an answer. Thank you very much for the detailed steps. It didnt work, though. I had ME3 and EA App completely uninstalled plus the temp files and the game shows pretty much the same. Aww...
